Love this hotel. It is so comfortable, very nice rooms that don't feel hotelish, and I loved the atmosphere, the decor, the music, and the ability to check out guitars. Great location too!

No complaints everything was good. It just seemed that the price didn’t match the quality.

Staff and lobby area were exceptional. More expensive than other options, but worth the price. Parking can be challenging.

The room and restaurant were neat and staff were very polite. The coffee in the morning outside the elevator was great! The only one thing to improve was the cleanliness of the 2nd floor terrace and the outside paved area around the hotel main entrance. The terrace tables and floor were filthy on Saturday morning.

Loved the location, the hotel was beautiful and clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. The shower was flooding the bathroom everyday we had to use several towels each day to avoid this, I believe it’s a design fault? The shower curtains are short and do not stop the water from coming out of the shower.

Walking distant to shops and restaurants

Stayed here with our kids for a few nights and had a great time. The rooms were well appointed and beds super comfy. Used the gym facilities as well. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel twice and both times the food was delicious. Parking at the garage next door was easy and quite convenient.

Excellent location. On arrival we had to request all new towels as they were all badly stained yellow and brown. Bed was not comfortable which caused back ache. Ridiculously noisy AC - had to turn it off. Accessible bathroom flooded completely as shower was extremely powerful and curtain did not completely cover the seating area. This was very dangerous as I have mobility issues and floor became very slippery.

Internet service went out for 12 hours. The electricity went out in our room so we had to switch rooms. Fox News Channel is blocked by the hotel.

Loved staying at the Elizabeth! Very upscale hotel in a great location. Food at the Emporium restaurant on-site was delicious. Entertainment drinks, and atmosphere at the Magic Rat (also onsite) was great. Definitely recommend the Elizabteth.
