Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. That was not the level of service I expected, especially at that hour. While the staff was polite, the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience.

Breakfast wasn’t available with the room

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Would definitely come back.

I really like this place and will book it again when I return next month. Absolutely no complaints worth mentioning.

Room was clean and overall a nice place to stay. Not hot water for the Monday morning shower. One of the two elevators was not working during part of the stay.

My sheets were dirty and I needed the entire bedding changed. Staff didn’t offer apologies when I first told them about it and didn’t seem that important to them. Only one of two elevators were working which was inconvenient. Overall cleanliness in my room was subpar with handprints on the window and the room not smelling fresh. I would only stay here again if truly needed for convenience of being across the street from CSU. Otherwise, I’d rather stay somewhere else and drive to CSU.

This is an awesome hotel that would have gotten a much better review IF there was not one ginormous problem. The staff was great in every area of the hotel that we used. The bartender was amazing and the executive lounge offered good breakfast, beverages, and snacks. We were not there during the week to experience the nightly reception. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had good pillows and toiletries. The negative during our stay was a big one, at least for that time period. The hotel was sold out, with major conventions and all of the ballrooms etc., in use. There was only ONE working elevator. The wait to move up and down floors, within the hotel, was 10 minutes or more EACH TIME. We were there for a wedding and a lot of activities outside of the hotel, so we had to come and go A LOT. The elevator situation was not resolved in the 4 days we were there. That seems shameful for a huge, higher end, hotel brand, like Hilton!! I do not believe there couldn't have been service provided to that elevator in 4 days, if they cared about the problem and their guests. It was a major inconvenience that was seemingly ignored, except for a paper we're sorry sign on its door.

-
Brand and rate def didn't align with the quality but I did sleep well. Pillows were great!!
-
As expected. Nice location.

I left a few things behind in my hotel room. Afterward, I couldn’t get the hotel to tell me whether those items had been found—not by phone, not by email, and not through a colleague on site. There was never anyone there who could help me. That’s either incompetence or a lack of concern!!!

They did have an elevator issue at yhe same time as a major conference, which caused some issues.
-
We love this hotel and the location. Paying for parking isn’t the best and the train can be annoying at night.
-
We stayed from Friday to Sunday and were disappointed that of the 2 elevators one was out of order the entire stay. Made for long waits.

My friend said she felt like royalty!

The room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We were also upgraded to the executive room that included breakfast.
