Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ft. Collins by IHG

The room was spacious and clean. I slept well in the bed. My only concern is the towel quality. They were small and thin. You almost need 2 towels to dry off. This is the only amenity that kept me from choosing 5 stars. Also, I was greeted enthusiastically by the staff. Parking was good as well.

Wonderful breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable and staff was so welcoming!

Beds and pillows were super comfortable, slept very good in terms of comfort. Absolutely loved the hot tub. Price was fair and staff were super friendly. Location was nice as well, and I loved the breakfast. Pool wasn't very clean and way too warm given the season. Walls were not very sound proof, got woken up twice both nights by the people upstairs and next door banging and stomping. That was the first time I've ever had that issue in a hotel. Room was super dry, my wife got pretty sick from it since she has bad lungs. Would have liked more toilet paper in the room as well, we were given the bare minimum. Overall, I preferred the Holiday Inn Express in Deadwood, SD more than this one.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing every time.

This hotel sufficed for the one-night stay needed for my trip. It was clean and met my expectations.

Good breakfasts

Very clean and comfortable rooms, pool was great nice workout space. Breakfast was good. No coffee in the rooms but fresh brew is available in the lobby. We couldn’t get WiFi to work . No hot water when we arrived but in the morning it worked fine.

Bed was comfy. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast were good. AC was noisy but worked well.

The Bath towel were worn, one was coming apart on the edges.

Convenient and super clean! The staff was so kind and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and welcoming. No kidding the breakfast bar was better than restaurant quality. Also the 24 coffee machine?? Sold. For life

First room had wet dog odor. But staff were helpful and moved me to another room (upgrade). Breakfast was typical but the bacon was thinnest I have ever seen and overcooked. Also backed up to busy road that was incredibly loud in the AM- get front facing room.

Uncomfortable for sleeping

Excellent stay, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

La abitacion estaba bien, solo que el baño estaba un poco sucio el piso y las molduras de alrededor tenían mucho polvo acumulado, la bañera tenía silicon muy viejo y sucio. No fue tan agradable usar el baño.

I cannot say that there is something unique about this place pretty average , normal hotel state with the exception the everything was above the normal.Really great experience.
