Very rude front desk rep…person who checked me in was very nice and helpful but person I dealt with later was rude and told me the opposite of what other rep had assured me could be done. Very condescending.

We have stayed many times and are never disappointed. Pool and gym hours until 11pm are unusual and great! Breakfast is better than many and the overall hotel environment is a big plus. Great location for anything you want to do in the area.

Good option in Fort Collins near where we needed to be, not way out by I-25. Breakfast was good and front desk staff were helpful.

Didn’t like any thing Your hotel was awful. I booked three nights there for our stay in Fort Collins. When we arrived there around 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon, we were extremely disappointed how old, smelly and dirty the hotel was. The male staff on duty showed us our room. We were shocked at the accommodations. It felt like a run down fraternity house. We told the clerk we wanted to cancel our stay and wanted a refund for the second and third night of our reservation. He said we had to take that up with Booking . Com since we made the reservation with a third party. My understanding is that I should have only to pay for the first night of a canceled stay if I canceled by 4:00 that first day. To my disappointment, I was charged for all three days. A few days later, I called the hotel to complain and requested a refund for the second and third night. The clerk said she would pass on our request to management but I never heard anything back. In the past, I have been very satisfied with Quality Inn. Earlier this year I stayed in the Quality Inn in Lone Pine, Ca and was very pleased. My biggest disappointment was not getting a refund for the send and third night of our cancelled stay.

When we arrived, our hotel room had a weird smell. The bathroom smelled like vomit. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in our bathroom for a family of 6 for two nights. There was absolutely no conditioner in the shower, and the sofa bed was broken. Whoever cleaned/prepared our room did a terrible job!

The AC unit for the main part of the building that was outside the window was very loud.

Breakfast was good, hotel was a great location for us as we were going to Estes park, Mishawaka and Denver during our trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.
