Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort

I’ve been coming to this resort for years when visiting Fort Lauredale and each time it gets better. The staff, the remodeling of the entrance, hospitality, cleanliness and the food is great. I will be back to my home away from home.

Disappointed regarding roof top access. Why do you need credit card information with $50.00 per person minimal spending requirement. Beach, staff and breakfast was great.

Housekeeping is loud in the morning when cleaning the adjacent room ... no consideration of the DO NOT DISTURB sign on 1201A .. no regard based on the amount of talking and volume of conversation. Elevators need updating ... and extremely slow. The Spa (which I know is not owned by the hotel) has no hooks for robe or towels, no razors, and find it unacceptable to need to open a door to use the restroom that goes into a public restroom ... totally unacceptble and a deal killer for return. Resturant next to the gym and pool has excellent service. There is a waitress that has been there 19 years (Blonde hair, older) excellent service and speaks highly of the hotel and its property ... you need more people like this lady working on site. Excellent yoga and classes offered to guest.

Great place to stay. We will be back again. Room was great, but like most of the hotels in the area, it is ready for some updates. The elevators are kind of slow as well. There are 4 of them, but during are stay there were times when only 1 or 2 that were actually running.

2 free lounge chairs and an umbrella come with each room which was amazing. We ate at the s3 restaurant part of the hotel and it was 10/10 so delicious. The room definitely showed some wear and tear but was overall clean, we are supposed to get 2 free water bottles each day of our stay but we weren’t given them for one of the days.

The pool area was big, clean and over looking the ocean.

Beautiful resort and location!

The pool has only 3 or 4 umbrellas. I was unable to stay. I was not able to enjoy the pool. Once you arrived all the chairs and the 4 unbrellas were alredy taken. It means you must arrive at 6 am in other to get a chair or an umbrella. The staff was excellent. But I will look for another hotel next time where I can enjoy the pool.
