I like the location by the beach and all the other popular areas along the strip. I do feel that the food was bland and overpriced. The ocean view rooms aren’t really a clear ocean view. It’s more street/city facing. My stay overall was okay.

Excellent stay overall!! Clean room, attentive and great staff!

The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a beach getaway. The pool area is also such a nice bonus when you want a little break from the beach but still want to relax in the sun. The location is hard to beat—you’re right by the beach and close to so many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Plus, the hotel has great amenities that make your stay feel effortless. After two wonderful stays, I can confidently say this has become one of my favorite places to stay in Fort Lauderdale. I would absolutely come back for a third time and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Looking forward to my next trip to Fort Lauderdale...and of course, my hotel has to be the Beach House!!

We had a beautiful room with a view of the ocean. We especially loved the Lavazza coffee machine and assorted coffees in the room. The rooftop bartenders were very personable and the location was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant near the pool and our server was delightful. The food was delicious . We truly enjoyed our one night stay.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had to date anywhere. Everything went seamless and smooth! The hotel is beautiful, staff all very friendly! Wish my stay was longer!

This hotel has an awesome rooftop pool/hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs and has good access to the beach and close to many restaurants. The restaraunt downstairs with sushi was good too. But, we had a couple issues on our stay. On several occasions the key card to our room didn’t work and security came up to fix it, only to find the next time it still didn’t work. We would have to go downstairs and get help each time. We also did not have housekeeping service our room. In the 3 nights we stayed, the sheets were changed once, no towels, and the trash was not taken out (we had takeout etc). When we asked for housekeeping, they asked what we needed and we explained, bed change, fresh towels, trash taken out. They left a pile of clean towels (taking none of the old ones), made the bed but still did not take the trash out. In addition, the room was just small and not good enough for nearly $500 a night.

During my stay, Samuel was helpful, courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would also like to recognize the housekeeping ladies on the 15th floor. They were hardworking, respectful, and friendly. They consistently kept my room and the floor clean and comfortable, and their dedication made a difference in my stay. Samuel and the housekeeping team are excellent representatives of Hilton and deserve recognition for their service. Please accept my appreciation and gratitude to all of them for making my stay pleasant and memorable.

Someone gave my room number and forged my signature. The staff pulled receipts and I saw my name was printed on the receipt that is how they knew what signature to forge. My stay was great up until I saw my bill. I think they need to implement a new policy to present your room key and ID before someone can charge the room just by giving a room number. Guests should always review their bill for accuracy.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure you were treated well. Room was clean and comfortable. Having the pool was great and the 24 hour gym was a plus. Food was great at the hotel restaurants as well. Definitely going back this year.
