The pool and crew there were awesome too! and well stocked! If by chance you run out of anything they are more than willing to help every time.And not just one of them either! Raul, Millie and Natasha made our stay for our 41st. Wedding anniversary the best YET!! if you are thinking about staying here please DO IT!!!! Thank you all and can't wait to visit again in the future!

Absolutely amazing service, staff was great and helpful and genuinely kind. Room was great!

One of the elevators was down. Making the other two elevators crowded. We have to lined up just to use the elevators. The pool was crowded and the wait to order food/drinks was long.

Clean room

Very nice property in a great location. The restaurant was very good as well.

Be careful with hidden fees like extra person in the room. They tried to charged me usd $100 per night because they said the rate is for one person only although my reservation didn’t say that.

Our stay was from Friday to Tuesday. When I booked, I stated it was our anniversary and we were attending a wedding. Friday, our flight got delayed, and we got in later than we were supposed to be. After a long day, I wanted to shower and eat. I go to shower and no hot water. I’m thinking it has to warm up. So we keep the shower ON and go downstairs to order food to go. The restaurant menu was totally different from what was in the room. They stated we have to order those items to our room at the front desk or our room, but the front desk can help. Go to the front desk, and with no hesitation, he tells us to order from our room. We go back upstairs and order. The food was $92 for a salad and a meal with chicken breast plus asparagus. The salad dressing has hair in it. While all of this is taking place, I’m still waiting for the shower. I go check, and it’s STILL COLD. Now I’m upset because the food is nasty and the water is cold, plus we are tired. They tell me they can send maintenance up….who maintenance going in and out the room that late? I ASKED can we switch rooms, it wasn’t offered. He states they only had residential options and lower-level options with no ocean view. We were on the 21st floor and PAID for ocean view. Most people know that the rooms are based on the VIEW and balcony! If we switched, I wouldn’t have gotten my money’s worth. I’m thinking he is going to offer something for the inconvenience while we are staying there. Mind you, there was no note in regar

My only disappointment was that the main pool area was closed during my stay. I really wish I had received a notification about this beforehand, since the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Other than that, I had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Exceptional

I have stayed at this property at least one week out of the year for the past 6 years (typically a phenomenal experience) . However their primary pool area and pool bar are the primary reason that we come back each year . Unfortunately upon arriving at the property this year, we discovered that they were going to be doing repairs on that area for over half of our stay . I understand that repairs may have needed done but I feel that we should have been notified at the time of booking or whenever they discovered they would have to make these repairs . We would have planned our trip for a different week .We have another trip to the area in October but now are unsure if we will return or not .

I also used the photo services for our engagement and they were amazing as well. The pool was great as was the rooms and everything in between.

The next day I reserved a daybed at the pool and arrived at 10am. Service didn’t start until 11, which was fine, so I got a drink around 10:30, put my card on file, and went back to read. I noticed other guests around me being checked on, but no one came to me. Marilyn had been working that section all morning and never once made her way over. By 1pm I asked for a manager, not because I needed anything, but because I wanted the oversight acknowledged. Eddie was kind and offered to help, but by then the moment had passed. It still took another 45 minutes before Marilyn finally came by to ask if I needed something. I stayed for additional hour and no further help was offered. Individually these might seem small, but together they added up to feeling overlooked more than once. At this price point, I expected better. This has genuinely put a bad taste in my mouth about a brand I’ve trusted for years.

Everything was perfect from the check in to allll of the perks that came with the stay !! Will definitely stay again !
