Casitas Coral Ridge

No person at the facility during the night. No answer on the emergency number. Terrible customer service. Thankfully we booked through Expedia and they refunded our money, We made arrangements with this facility to arrive late- they told us where to find the envelope with our key, when we arrived. We found two envelopes one with our name one with another name (another guest). The other envelope had a key- our envelope had no key. Terrible mistake and then to make it worse no one answered the emergency number provided to help us- only an AI custom response telling us to keep leaving a message. So frustrating… We had to go find another place to say at 9:30 pm. Thankfully Expedia helped us get our money back. I will never book here again. Edit: Then to make it worse, they called and left us a message hours later saying we could use a key code. - NEVER ONCE did they say anything about a key code. Complete frauds- How disrespectful to not be accountable for your own mistakes? Terrible people- terrible service- 0 stars

Friendly stay clean safe..

The property is always clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have is that all of the rooms I have stayed do not have Senior safety grab bars in the showers. These are needed. Thanks so much.

Older one room apartment style place. Clean, comfortable,and close to the cruise terminal. Nice food options close as well.

Best hotel in fort lauderdale area

The stay was great. Had to switch room because the orig. room had a horrible musty smell. Room 14/15. The new room was excellent, no smell 16/17. (Some of the lights and plugs didnt work) The pool is not on the original property, it's across the street. But all in all was a great stay.

I would definitely stay here again everything was great service, room, parking everything was easy and after hours check in was a breeze

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good parking. I like the location near shops and walking distance to a very good Italian Restaurant and Bagel shop. I would stay there again. The only negative I have overall is that the room I stayed in the furniture was dated, though the bathroom was updated.

Excelente la atención de Leo, muy amable y muy atento. Una crítica constructiva, seria poner cortinas blackout en la habitación para que no entre toda la luz de los locales de atrás, ya q no apagan sus respectivas luces. El Aire acondicionado, es bastante ruidoso, si se podria actualizar por un split, sería mucho mejor. De resto, todo 10 puntos. La relación precio calidad, es correcta. Recomiendo este lugar. Aparte tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de todo!

Great place

As listed Room just a little to small but ok for 1 night

Casita Coral was perfect for our family. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a nice living room kitchen area. Check in and out was easy. Leo was great showing us personally where the unit was and where to park. Clean and cool in the full Florida heat. Close to shopping but tucked a block off the main roads so it was very quiet. 5 minute drive to anything. 5 plus stars!
