Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale/Downtown Las Olas Area

What really stood out was the excellent customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free stay.

We had one problem. We had to wait for the elevator for almost one hour without any communication from the staff. Once we were just told we need to wait they are busy.

Great location … walking distance to various restaurants and shops … minutes drive away from the Ft Lauderdale strip … Clean and police security outside of the parking garage .. I would stay again

I wish they had bell captain to assist with luggage. Perking of $28 per day is excessive. They should have room service. Breakfast good. Bartenders friendly. Very clean rooms

Breakfast had hot and cold items daily. Fresh coffee in the lobby daily. Room was up to date and very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

It was okay, surroundings were not the best

Breakfast was the only good thing. Bathtub was clogged and trash bins didn't have liners.

Didn’t like nothing. From the moment I was t welcomed properly that was a turn off. I didn’t even eat anything there during my stay. Would recommend a better hotel

The hotel charged me 30$ per night for parking my car without letting me know in advance that the parking has a cost. When I asked for clarification and for a refund, they refused. It look like they do it on purpose to make more money from the parking, without clearly communicating this to the customer.
