Great service work on keeping the door keys on green

Clean, friendly staff You be a little more up dated

The room was clean but it had an odor. Other than that, everything and everyone was great. The location was ideal for us as we stopped over before our final destination.

At check-in the male clerk was not wearing a name tag and the service was just "okay". We sent packages to the room without issues in past without charges this time when checking on the packages we were informed that the packages would be have to be paid for by "Cammie". The issue wasn't paying for the packages it was the fact that we already picked up packages and were not made ware that they were charging them to the card on file. Cammie, the front desk agent was very rude, while trying to get clarification about the packages she was shouting, pointing her finger in our faces, involving guests and workers in my person financial business and even threatened to call the police to have us removed from the property. When we asked to speak with her manager she avoided us and we never got to see the manager. We stayed up waiting for the police to remove us, we waited for hours and no one showed. The next day at check out, we still had to deal with Cammie, she was still disrespectful, when we asked for the print out or the bill to verify all the charges made she was not helpful at all, we had to keep asking her before she finally printed it for us. We asked for the policy in reference to the packages and she said "am sure it's somewhere". Overall the service was horrible, the breakfast was really bad, the coffee was burned, the juice was water with a hint of flavor, the dollies was broken. We have stayed here multiple times and it was never this bad.

The room was clean

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. My main problem was the rude and disrespectful cook who prepares breakfast. He never smiles and walks around with an angry and arrogant demeanor. He was openly rude to a guest on Thursdaythe 13th just because she asked if she could have some bagels since there wasn't any more left. He needs training.

The front staff was very welcoming. We came from a previous hotel because of bad moldy smell and poor service and found Laquinta to be very welcoming and great smell of cleanliness daily. Three issues we had ants were taking over our table tops in the room, our room phone had no face nor was working and the light by the bed switch does not work we had to screw the bulbs in and out every time rm 306. Apart from that the stay was good, I would definitely return

They need to work in those rooms It wasn’t good I deserve a refund having to up root my kids to a different room they needs to do something to make this right

This property needs to be shut down and renovated the best part of this location was the breakfast not the coffee towels fwll off the wall toilet would not flush tv was not working tub stopper came up the room smelt wet all in all out of 10 -30 truly eas disappointed qas not worth the money

Calm with no noise

adequate for the price per night The offerings should include a king size bed and not just two queen beds

It was ok. The hot water at breakfast was never not at all and no microwave to heat it up
