Horrible environment, unclean, roach infested, disrespectful staff and unsafe random people hanging the property.

Location

The roaches and more roaches at night during the day on the wall on the door on the floor. My room had no toilet paper in it. The ac leaked all in my room the first night. I'm sure the roaches enjoyed it.

It was quick to get where I needed to be, but the key cards for the room didn't work half the time, you have to go to the office to get a re-code card to get in your room

Friendly and helpful staff members

When we arrived before check-in time to see about early check-in, one of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude. “Check in isn’t until 3o’clock.” She didn’t offer to store our luggage or any information about if early check in is allowed for a fee or if a room becomes available early. When we returned later, we again received poor customer service and rudeness from the same employee. I am not sure why she was so rude as we were polite to her. We ended up getting an uber and going to a different hotel as the vibes were very bad here.

Horrible experience, i left before check out. Hotel was really really dirty, random condom in our room, roaches, everything looked dingy. Random People knocking on our hotel door, and the staircase is completely trashed & smells like urine. Overall was a disgusting and dissatisfying experience. Never again.

Nothing I did not like your service or the location. I have no idea how in the world would offer a location like this. It was one of the worst that I have stay. I had to leave right after we check in but I stayed to see if it will be a change on the way they treat clients but it did not. The place was dirty and roches were everywhere. I could not stay there specially with an older person.

No breakfast was included. Outdated rooms .no clean up service no iron in the rooms small TV. And people hanging outside all hours of the night.

Not good at all, it was smelling weird. And I don't think it is safe for people to go there.

The staff member Felicia was very helpful and accommodating as much as can be Nothing was pleasant about my stay. I was switched to 3 different rooms upon the first 5 hours of arrival. The first room was extremely hot with no air conditioning whatsoever. The second room was also very hot as well as not having hot water within the entire room. The last room only had lukewarm water and very minimal air conditioning there were no other units available.

The drug dealers in parking lot and think the security guard is sells drugs too. Lot of homeless people wondering around.
