Bathroom > Shower has duct tape on the head > Roof has mold in the shower area Smell The whole room smells of mildew. I had to purchase some Lysol and Febreze to try and remove the smell. Tv Doesn't change channels or receive internet. The Volume on the TV doesn't work. Internet The network is in & Out. I don't like the scene stating about if the toilet is clog their is $500 charged. The property looks run-down and needs to be painted. Asked twice about the charges for the parking.Their is different parts of the gate on a replacement gate.

On Friday evening around 9:30 p.m., we started filling the jacuzzi. As it filled, the water was yellow, and the moment we turned on the jets, black debris shot into the tub. It was absolutely disgusting, and there was no way we were getting into it. To make sure it wasn’t the hotel’s water supply, we filled both the sink and the regular bathtub. The water from both was crystal clear. The yellow water and black debris only appeared when using the jacuzzi and turning on the jets. I even took pictures of the clear sink and bathtub water, as well as the yellow jacuzzi water and the black debris. We decided to shower instead, only to discover the bath towels had hair on them. At that point, we began questioning how well the room had actually been cleaned. The pillows were so uncomfortable that we actually left the hotel that night and drove to Ross to buy two towels, four pillows, and four pillowcases just so we could make it through the weekend. Think about that for a minute—a guest paying for a Jacuzzi Suite had to go shopping because the hotel couldn’t provide clean towels or comfortable bedding. There were also several maintenance and safety concerns throughout the room. The hair dryer was mounted immediately next to the shower and left plugged in, which I believe is an unnecessary safety hazard. If it were to fall into the shower, someone could be seriously injured. Both bedside lamps had three electrical outlets, yet only one outlet on each lamp actually worked. Another inconvenience was that, despite having a private balcony, smoking was prohibited there. My husband was forced to leave our room and go downstairs every time he wanted to smoke, making the balcony essentially useless for us. Saturday afternoon, before our dinner reservation, I needed to iron my clothes. The ironing board was broken, and the iron had been left full of old water. After emptying it and refilling it myself, black residue came out of the iron while I was ironing. Thankfully, it didn’t ruin my clothes, but it easily could have. Breakfast was disappointing enough that we chose to spend more money eating somewhere else. Saturday night, after returning from dinner, we decided to give the jacuzzi one more chance. Once again, the water was yellow, and black debris came out of the jets. My husband called the front desk and was placed on hold. No one ever returned his call. He called back a second time, and maintenance finally came to our room. The maintenance employee told us this was “normal” because of the city’s water. That explanation simply didn’t make sense. As I mentioned earlier, we had already filled both the sink and the regular bathtub, and the water was perfectly clear. The problem only occurred when using the jacuzzi and turning on the jets. Rather than acknowledging there was an issue with the jacuzzi, our concerns were dismissed. To add to the disappointment, we specifically booked a room with a balcony. While I understand hotels have no-smoking policies, it wasn’t made clear that smoking wasn’t permitted on the balcony. Instead of relaxing outside on the private balcony, my husband had to leave the room and go downstairs every time he wanted a cigarette, making the balcony far less enjoyable than we expected. The biggest disappointment, however, was the way management handled everything. When we checked out Sunday morning, the young lady at the front desk asked how our stay was. I replied, “I have a list,” and requested to speak with a manager. She informed me that the supervisor was on the property, so we waited approximately 15 minutes. When the supervisor finally arrived, he didn’t acknowledge us, apologize for the wait, or ask what the issue was. Instead, he went into his office, came back out, answered a phone call, and began checking out other guests. We eventually had to approach him ourselves. After explaining everything that had happened throughout our stay.. Can’t fit the rest of the story

The only problem I had was staff at the front desk was telling me that in order for my room to be clean and get clean towels. I had to request for my room to be clean that very rude hotel policy.
