La habitación no fue limpiada en los días que estuve, solo cambiaron las toallas y vacearon cestos de basura

Good

It was mandatory to leave our keys with valet. The keys were misplaced for 30 minutes making us late for the appointment. When we arrived back then we wanted to rest on the beach for an hour under an umbrella. The advertisement had said they were complimentary. The charge was $40 per rental ( no matter how long we had them). The beach chairs and umbrella were the deciding factor for this booking.

La verdad a sido la peor experiencia en este hotel se vende como resort pero de eso nada es un hotel super viejo los aires acondicionado no sirven los baños horribles muchas partes rotas las camas calzadas con bloque no les recomiendo este hotel para vacacionar. No volvería ni aunque me regalaran la estancia.Asta una cámara en una habitación.Que decepción.

Rooms were clean, the view was great, but I wish their ac would work better. Also, the valet staff all seemed miserable, none of them greeted . Overall my stay was nice.

Overall the stay was very nice and the staff was very friendly and fun. Due to some construction in certain areas of the hotel cause paint smells to lingering in the hallway and on certain rooms.

Me encantó todo estaba bueno la comida del bar exquisita la del restaurante no me gustó casi nada de lo que ordenamos pero si la pasamos súper

Great location directly on beach. Nice size pool but not well maintained. Never saw anyone cleaning pool area.( Thick sunscreen film and debris in the water). Room smelled like smoke several times. Notified front desk and housekeeping addressed with ozone but smell kept coming back.

The staff was really kind to us and the hotel was very convenient as far as location and food! The Italian restaurant is amazing downstairs. The ocean view is great and the beach volleyball as well as the music and tiki bar it’s a fun vibe and a nice pool! I’d definitely stay here again and will be back!

The Tiki bar staff was great! Breakfast at tiki bar was great! it's a mixed residential and hotel facility.

Tiki Bar and Italian Restaurant were both fantastic! The A/C in the closet kept leaking all of the floor. Although they did send someone to work on it quickly. Also the pool was very dirty.

The room was extremely small. The bathroom you couldn’t turn around. The whole place was dingy And very pricey

Great views, convenient entertainment and beach access Check in was at 3, I showed up at 7 and the room wasn’t ready. They then tried to put me in a smaller room, I refused and asked for the room I booked. They cleaned it on site right away, but the kitchenette was lacking in quality and the oven didn’t work.

Loved this place it was clean and very convenient! Staff treated us nice and were very helpful!
