The staff were all so friendly and helpful with everything! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel needs some upgrades and the pool bathroom better clean up. The location is beautiful and would stay there again

We had a nice time while staying at the Pelican, there were just a few annoying inconveniences. The expensive required valet was the only option for parking, the loud noise in the morning of what sounded like a laundry room, which we were not expecting. It was also hard to connect to front desk, since AI was the first response. And room service never came to clean our rooms. Also, the spa was not open on the weekend we were there. So disappointing.

We really enjoyed our quick stay at the Pelican! We had a lovely 2 queen ocean from suite. The view and location were perfection. The amenities were great- towel and umbrella service. Being right on the beach made the location even more special. Food was excellent and staff were very attentive.

We arrived at 2:45 with hotel check-in policy at 4:00 and told room not ready which we reserved a premium suite. We weren’t offered any stay in options and told housekeeping finishing up and we’d be texted when room was ready. 4:00 came and went and I arrived back to front desk at 4:15 asking again about room preparedness. Desk clerk said room would be ready in a few more minutes! They offered drink vouchers as compensation for delays, told them would prefer they cover my nights’ parking they declined my request! Hotel is nice but in need of building updating. Paint chipping on exterior walls, some rusted out door hardware, etc. At check out was double billed a pool dining bill that was adjusted after I caught it on my final billing statement at checkout.

The king oceanfront suite was well worth it . The food was just ok in our opinion —-esp for the price. Our best meals were offsite down near 17th and Las Olas. The pool and lazy river were wonderful. The beach was great . The beach server guys were great too.

The beach chairs and umbrellas were super nice and the staff is very friendly
-
nice stay, only complaint is the amount of children running rampage and improper use of the lazy river. the staff did make an effort to fix this but parents still allow their kids to play in the lazy river so beware

One evening, we went to the pool around 7:15 p.m., and an employee immediately tried to turn us away, claiming the pool was closed. After we questioned the closing time, the employee reluctantly provided us with towels. The interaction was unwelcoming and left us feeling as though we were inconveniencing staff simply by trying to use an amenity we had paid for. Unfortunately, things got worse. We ultimately had to check out a full day early because the pool had a leak and was no longer accessible. Since the pool was a major reason we chose to stay at the resort, this significantly impacted our stay. The resort fee was refunded, which we appreciated. However, after checking out early, we discovered that we were incorrectly charged for an additional night of parking, even though our checkout documentation clearly confirms the date we left the property. We contacted the accounting department requesting reimbursement and provided documentation, but have yet to receive a response. Mistakes can happen, and we were understanding about the unexpected pool issue. What is much more disappointing is the combination of the poor customer service at the pool, an incorrect charge after our early departure, and the lack of follow-up to resolve something that should be very straightforward. For a resort-level property, we expected much better service, and attention to the guest experience

Amazing hotel with superb location, all was just perfect though a bit pricy. We loved the stay all was good and the room with the ocean view balcony just top notch. All good. Pricy.

At first it looked amazing and seemed clean. However, the third night there was a giant roach crawling all over our room. They were helpful letting us check out early. In addition to this, their pool had broken and the resort fees were different on expedia. It was $750 to check in and although you get that back, there was no transparency in the actual cost breakdown booking through a 3rd party. I would not book this hotel ever again.

The hotel was amazing. Only downside was the lazy river was dirty and seemed not as clean as it should be.
