The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the dining options were excellent. We especially enjoyed watching the boats and sunsets from the property. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the resort provided the perfect setting for our special trip. We highly recommend Pier Sixty-Six and look forward to returning in the future!

Extremely well-appointed, beautifully updated property with very clean rooms and public areas. The pool was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, and all the staff was extremely helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and very nice. The adult pool area was beautiful and peaceful. That food and the staff were great. I would recommend this hotel.

This place is incredible! Must stay! Loved it!

Make sure you write down the name of the person you’re speaking with especially if they are making special accommodation for you, rather than getting there and getting surprised it was not taken care of. When we checked in we were told they saw nothing we requested for. I even showed how the manager called me before our arrival on 06/16 and we checked in 06/19. Also same day we checked in, a staff named Jordan who works at the restaurant near the pool on Friday 06/19 around 5:20pm or so when I asked for a drink told us the pool bar was closed and was not able to. Then in 5-10 minute Jordan came out and provided another couple a drink. I then called him out since he told us he’s unable to and he had a smirk on his face. He then also gave that same couple another drink again! At the moment my husband wanted to leave and go to another hotel. Service was not great from Jordan! Manager accommodated us after we explained what happened but the whole experience was just sour! The room the manger gave us was nice for Friday night but then Saturday morning AC was not working since 4am and they tried to service it for a few hours and still was not working after we got back from the pool maybe around 3-4pm or so. Our room was 82 degrees. The same manager gave us another upgraded room and also some credit for lunch for two days but unpacking and packing was not ideal especially with a toddler. Hotel itself was nice and pretty and food was really good. Just the whole experience sucked

Service from concierge, maid service, turn down service, and in room dining, pool attendants, as well as the restaurants were all top notch.

We were blown away by the level of service and kindness. The quality of the rooms and amenities were wonderful. We were truly sad to go. Incredibly family friendly, but I would choose to go here for all occasions.

Had a wonderful experience at this property

Upon check-in, James assisted us and even gave us a tour of the property prior to going to our room. He was wonderful!!! Property is beautiful and the pool areas were enjoyed. One drawback is that there was no hot water one of the nights but we were given a room credit, which was appreciated. We will return!!!

Amazing experience. Everyone was very attentive to our needs to make sure our stay was exceptional. The view was fabulous and the entire hotel was very clean.

Beautiful property with excellent views and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff was amazing throughout my stay and provided outstanding customer service. The food was delicious, the mini bar was well stocked, and every interaction with the team was pleasant and professional. The resort has a luxurious atmosphere while still feeling welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.

The resort was amazing! We went to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and greatly enjoyed our stay. The restaurants and pools were great. Everyone was very friendly. Trevor and Jean were the best! Can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

I loved everything about this hotel. From the sweet valet, to the welcome cocktails the minute we checked in, to the attentive pool staff bringing waters and towels upon arrival. The lobby bar has an incredible coconut rum with butterfly pea tea cocktail. And the room was gorgeous— 10/10! We can’t wait to come back!
