It was a great stay. Spa was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. They need more waitstaff at the pool and we only got hot water intermittently in the shower.

Should have got the lady name at the front desk . I checked out around 11:30/11:45 . And I stood behind 2 people that were together that were checking in . The person checking them in not once said I be right with you nothing ignored me the whole time. Very disrespectful. All customers are important not jst one . The hotel score could have been higher but that lady was very spiteful. I would have understood if she would have said I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU.

Great location on the beach!
-
That being said, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and honestly didn’t match the quality of the rest of the resort at all. The drink service on the beach was also disappointing. Spending $23 for a weak drink with melted ice, plus a $6 surcharge, felt ridiculous. What really got me, though, was paying a resort fee and still not having internet included. At this price point, that’s pretty hard to justify. There was a lot I loved about the property itself, but between the uncomfortable beds, overpriced drinks, and added fees, I wouldn’t stay here again. If those things aren’t a deal breaker for you, its a cool spot.

Clean Room service only place to get food after 4 pm. Hotel was too isolated had to take Uber to get to stores/restaurants.

Everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

Felt like I was on a cruise the moment I arrived . Very family oriented, clean and amazing views. Loved the immediate access to the beach.

Location, value, comfort, staff, beach - 15 minutes from airport. Pool can sometimes feel a little crowded late in the afternoon.
-
Just an overall amazing experience.
-
Wonderful staff and fun activities for families every day!

The room type was handicap accessible and guest services did not want to change accommodations until a member of housekeeping confirmed the bed type and room type was incorrect.

The pool area was spacious, beautifully surrounded by palm trees, and offered plenty of shaded spots from umbrellas and natural canopy. Poolside service began at 11 a.m., with cocktails and food available from Sea Level, and the nearby restrooms were clean and air‑conditioned. Although we weren’t traveling with children, we noticed families enjoying the splash pad and the various pool games and activities offered throughout the day—it added a lively, fun atmosphere to the space. Dinner at 3030 was phenomenal; the sea bass, mushroom ravioli, and tiramisu were all outstanding. Lunch at Sea Level was equally delicious, and the drinks were great. Ordering Ubers was easy, with quick pickups to nearby restaurants and the main Fort Lauderdale strip, which is close enough to walk if you prefer. The resort’s private beach was a highlight, with multiple access paths and complimentary umbrellas and lounge chairs. The gym was one of the nicest hotel gyms we’ve ever used—clean, modern, and offering yoga and workout classes. Additional amenities like pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts made the experience even better. Overall, our visit was exceptional, and we absolutely plan to return.

This hotel was perfect for our family of four with kids ages 9 and 11. Plenty of room to roam and spread out and enjoy direct beachfront access. We enjoyed the large footprint of the resort and the way it’s located directly on the beach. The pool is wonderful and the amenities are great: towels, chairs, access to games like soccer and volleyball on the beach and corn hole and ping pong on the large patio, which had nice seating and umbrellas and a fire pit at night. Very convenient to have access to several restaurants, a smoothie shop, and Starbucks all on site. The gym was also spacious and clean with plenty of modern equipment. The rooms were stylish and comfortable and the lobby is nice and big and a great place to lounge if waiting for a flight. Only thing lacking is the beach could have been much cleaner. There was a noticeable amount of trash in the sand and sometimes in the water which is such a shame considering the incredible natural beauty of this location. The staff seemed more concerned with the chairs than cleanliness of the natural environment. Also the food is overpriced and the quality just doesn’t meet the price point. But overall the good outweigh the bad here and we felt it was probably the best option in the area and a crowd pleaser for our family.
