Our go to hotel and destination. Our kids love the pool, beach, and amenities. Overall service is excellent. Restaurants are just okay, the menus could be improved. We like to venture outside for our meals, FLL is full of good restaurants.

Love the hotel, location and food.

Charged a ridiculous deposit. $1500 for 4 nights. We prepaid the room $1649. Never gave me an explanation for it. Room only cleaned one time as she was busy and kept coming at 4 pm when we were getting ready to go out for the evening. Add tips 20% and then the staff begs for more. The beach guy was annoying day one $150 for a daybed on the beach on Sunday it was $350 for the same bed. Food is marginal and its the same food in all restaurants. We had to leave to get something ethnic to Ft. Lauderdale and none gave us any direction on where to go!! Bellman was great and helpful. They only help you if you are an elite member...….. I am a bonvoy member but that did not matter and I used Expedia. I was not on the same level as other guests. I would remove them from your site.

Good food Friendly staff Very clean

We planned to stay here and paid extra for a nice place on the beach. We thought with the upfront payment for the hotel stay, the Marriott would take care of us but we were wrong. The beach crew nickle and dimed us for an umbrella and other items. Staff in the beach hut seemed annoyed at helping us. The restaurants on site were also very expensive. We paid more for food than we did for the hotel. The room and hotel were very well maintained, gym was great, pools and splashed were great for the kids. Beach was one of the best. Just disappointed at all the extra cost we accrued while staying here.

Enjoyed breakfast buffet. The room was clean however one day the cleaning staff did not get to it. Also the safe in my room was not working well/ which made me feel uneasy about leaving valuables in my bag.

Cleanliness, great atmosphere, check iin very helpful We ask if We can upgrade . All elevators worked so there was minimal waiting time to used them .
-
It’s close on the beach and has plenty of restaurants which is convenient
-
Staff was uninformed about amenities and events , rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon despite being woken up by cleaning staff at 8am

Rooms are little and beds very uncomfortable. Space was a problem. Upon checking in i was immediately charged $60 dlls a night for valet parking. I didnt see anything good about the hotel. Just way of how to get money from customers.

The location was ideal, the resort was immaculate, loved the beach/chairs/umbrella and an amazing pool. The food on the beach and at the restaurants was delicious. The nightly entertainment at 3030 bar was outstanding!!

Location is great. Close to nice touristic area in Fort Lauderdale. Facilities are great, good options to eat. Pool and pickleball courts very well kept and beautiful. The room was too small. The bathroom and room could have a better cleaning. Lack of areas for guests to stay when it is raining. The hotel was designed to be a beach hotel and when it rains, there is not many options of places to hang out with friends. like a sports room could be a good idea, with tables to play cards, for example.

We really liked this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A few things I didn’t like. We had tiny little red ants in our room, mainly in the bathroom. No free WiFi and no complimentary water for the room. Traveling with two little kids made that a little challenging. Will we come back though? Yes, definitely. The resort had a lot of amenities for the kids. The workout room had everything we needed and more! Had most of our lunches from Sea Breeze restaurant and not once disappointed. The pool was perfect for kids and adults and the beach was easy access. Marina Village is walking distance, approximately 15 mins. I suggest taking an Uber and dining at Coconuts. Our waiter Lucas was the best! Till next time!
