B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach

The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We stayed in the Beach Tower with easy access to the beach and a great view. We had easy access to the outdoor pool also.

Nice restaurant - The Wreck and the Mermaid show. Food was delicious and the service around the hotel was good!

Very nice hotel and clean room. The only issue that we had was that we had a pair of expensive sunglasses taken out of our car when we used the valet. We spent over $100 on the valet service for the weekend, only to have our things stolen out of our car.

not is the first time that we have been on the property, we love the location and the staff is so friendly. even for this weekend I travel with a group of friends in total we had 5 rooms. the pool that is close the beach was dirty from the morning you can see the water with white spots and like a foam on the corners

They gave me a room on 3rd floor facing a bush. Then I can see the beach and ocean. Then the have me in a room by the elevator and a major inbound and outbound door. It was very noisy. And I did not rest well.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the property is well maintained. I would return and recommend it to others.

Beach view great and easy to access. Beach front resort, out door pools, restaurants on property and a lot more within walking distance, valet parking and valet staffs Was very friendly and helpful.

A fire alarm went off Saturday morning at 7am causing all guests to have to vacate and wait outside. After we were told there was no fire and could go back to our room, there was no power. We waited 2 hours for power and still nothing. I had a flight I had to catch and needed to get ready, all the staff would do is credit the resort fee back. When I left there was still no power

Staff were great! On Thursday, June 25th, my elderly mom fell while I was trying to put her in bed. The young man on your staff helped me put her back in bed. He was very strong because it usually takes 3 people to get her back in bed after a fall. I wish I got his name. I was frantic at the moment because my mother wasn’t her self due to her illness. I would book a stay there again being that I had a balcony with ocean view it took a lot of the stress off. Bed I slept on was comfortable for me. I was in room 1318. Also, had fun in the pools.

Additionally, during our stay, my sister stepped on a piece of glass at the pool area and had to remove it herself with tweezers. We also experienced a security concern when housekeeping left our room door open after servicing the room. Fortunately, nothing appeared to be missing, but this was understandably alarming. Finally, because towels had been used to manage the flooding in our room, we requested replacement towels from the front desk. After two phone calls and waiting approximately an hour, no towels were delivered. We ultimately had to locate a housekeeping supply closet and use bed sheets after showering so that we could leave for our dinner reservations. I have emailed and called numerous times to speak with someone about the issues before writing this review, but to date no one has gotten back to me from the property. Unfortunate because I have stayed here in the past without issues, but the lack of communication after sharing all of these serious concerns is so disappointing and I will no longer be a returning vacationer here.

The room was well-worn and without amenities. My room overlooked the roof. Dirty carpet. Bottom of bathroom door looked as if it has been flooded.
