The pool could use some cleaning

We didnt use the BBQ but it was there. The staff were always present around the grounds. They had a cute patio set with umbrella. Would definitely go back. My only observation would be if its 4 afts in the one bedroom its awkward to use the bathroom st night as its an ensuite to the bedroom so you need to go through the bedroom. Next time we would book a 2 bedroom if 2 couples.

Beds were comfortable but very noisy. Couches were small and very uncomfortable. The washer was broken our whole stay. The pool needs to be cleaned daily

The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped for cooking. The out door seating area was very convent and private. I would book there again. The apartment above had small humans that were loud during the day. However, they were quiet at night.

Location ,quite neighborhood and easy to walk to stores and movies Internet was really slow and often got disconnected. But towards the end of my stay it improved

The apartment was clean and amenities were great. Just as described in the web site. The location is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and the mall. Not a walking distance to the beach, but 7 to 8 minutes driving, so wasn't a.big deal getting to the beach. Overall, I will definitely recomend this place and comeback on future visits. Leah was very responsive and excellent to communicate with.

Very nice clean apt safe area enjoyed our stay we highly recommend this place.

There was so much noise from other apartments, we couldn’t sleep for 3 nights in a row. Staff didn’t do anything after I reported the disturbance on the second night.

The location was great and it was pretty quiet there overall I didn’t like that there was these little bugs found that all over the place. And also in the shower area, someone removed acrylic nails, and left them on the windowsill

I've got the smelly room, bad smell pillows and bed in LA,. Since then, I can't expect much about the room in the world famous tourism cities. But...here in the Jasmine, I really like the smell comes out from the room as soon as I opened the door!!! I don't know how to do if I want to stay 1-2 more days. Also don't know how to do if I want to late check out for 1-2 hours!

I couldn’t enjoy the property because booking and Jasmine took my full payment and my reservation. My family and I was stuck outside in Florida heat for hours and my 1 year old grandson got bit up and asthma started acting up. Highly don’t recommend Jasmine apartment and booking.

We got in the next day at 930 am due to my bus issues which I know wasn't your fault but so I paid for a whole day I didn't get and didn't get any more time the next day or any money back

Both the Wi-Fi and laundry service were unsatisfactory. The Wi-Fi password felt like a joke because the connection kept dropping. Additionally, the laundry service was completely non-operational.

they don’t offer any clean towels or new sheets during your stay, you have to pay with your own money and use your own detergent if you want laundry done here. the front TV in the living room would not turn on the bathtub does not hold water. plus the shower only ran hot for about 3 to 5 minutes at a time. There’s also a roach infestation in the bathroom, but other than that it was pleasant, not any huge issues besides my Wi-Fi not working for an entire day during my stay. I would say the low price reflects what you’re getting.

We stayed for a week this trip. A change of towels would have been nice rather than the suggestion that we wash them ourselves.

Clean and nice

Very easy to communicate with! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. No issues with parking, easy to find parking. Located in a safe area!
