Housekeeping could have been better: I found used bottle under the bed and socks in the drawer (the under is very dusty btw). My biggest problem is the saggy mattress (definitely not hotel standard) and I was woke up around 7 in the morning due to the noise upstairs.

Great staff -- very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. There are other complimentary amenities/services, such as bike rental, beach and umbrella chairs. I also like the happy hours, although we found some of the cheese was moldy. Housekeeping could have been better: I found used bottle under the bed and socks in the drawer (the under is very dusty btw). Lovely tropical gardens on a 2 acre property. Exceptional staff. They surprised us with champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Room was a bit small and did not have a proper chair.

“Amazing — a true jungle paradise!” Beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. A perfect escape as always.

Great location and amazing grounds. Staff can’t be beat. Well maintained All the rooms other than the villas are on the older side. Well kept up but also for sure not modern and lacking some nice to have things. Feels more like staying in an older family members guest room vs luxury. Needs a full renovation but even a little decorating update would help especially for the price
