Riverside Hotel

Staff courteous and professional.

Good location, good service. Clean nice room.

Our family always stay at Riverside. It’s in a phenomenal location clean updated and the views of the city and river way are phenomenal.

Pool in renovation

They were doing some maintenance on elevators and one restaurant was closed but the room was lovely and staff super helpful. There are some great restaurants nearby and walking along the riverwalk was wonderful.

Staff were excellent. Service in the pub was fantastic and so were the valets when I arrived. The pool and the lobby bar being closed was disappointing.

Great hotel, history all throughout the lobby and rooms. It’s like taking a step back in time when you walk in the lobby.

The room was very clean and the staff friendly.

We loved the location along the water where we could see the yachts rolling in and out. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Only downside was pool was under renovation but they had a sister hotel where kids could swim. This is temporary.

Pool was closed for renovation and that was never disclosed prior to reservation. The bartender at Boathouse bar was rude. Room was dark even with all the lights on.

My flight was canceled, so instead of checking in on August 14, I arrived on August 15 and missed the first night of my reservation. Before my arrival, a wonderful gentleman at the front desk communicated with me by email. He was helpful, understanding, kind, courteous, and professional. At checkout, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he was the same person who had been assisting me by email. It was wonderful to finally meet and thank him personally. He is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition. Although the missed night could not be refunded, the hotel kindly provided a $50 credit to use during my stay. The pool was under maintenance, but they courteously waived the destination fee. The room was huge, more like a suite compared with many other hotels, and included a sofa. The bathroom was spacious, and I especially appreciated that the room had no carpet. The entire staff was amazing. The hotel has several restaurant options, the food was excellent, and the bartender at one of the hotel bars was outstanding. The drinks and service were great. Overall, I had an excellent experience. The location on Las Olas in downtown Fort Lauderdale is fantastic. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, great food, outstanding hospitality, and caring staff.

Rooms and location good The pool was shut and nobody informed us before our stay. I picked this hotel as we were off a cruise and just needed to chill instead we had to walk to another hotel etc. We should have been informed

And close to the airport but i think they need more people to clean the rooms. But overall the staff are friendly.

A huge shoutout to Dede, the VIP Coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. She made sure every detail was taken care of and helped create such a memorable experience for my husband and our whole group. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself was lovely, and it was clear the staff took pride in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Between the accommodations and the personal touches from the team, this weekend turned into an unforgettable celebration. Thank you to Dede and the entire staff for making my husband's birthday one to remember. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality!

Hotel lobby is beautiful and well kept,I stayed in the old part of the hotel the elevator is very small and sometimes I feel like its about to break down,my room was very nice and comfortable,didn't like the bathroom its very small and needs to be updated ,hotel is in very nice location and I would stay there again

The room was well appointed and anything I needed or ordered was delivered right away. Lovely stay.
