Flow Hotel Fort Lauderdale

WiFi was spotty and kept buffering. Also the railroad noise was anxiously loud. Great resort except this two things. Location is excellent

Front desk couldnt have cared less. Room key and a maze to walk. Figure it out on your own. Would not recommend staying

Always a good stay at Flow. Location is unmatched, rooms are modern & in good condition. Views are also very good.

This is an amazing hotel. Great deals. Amazing views. The swimming pool and bar area on the rooftop has some outstanding views. Definitely worth the money.

“Front Desk” seemed like it was a bother to help. They also looked like they rolled right out of bed, sloppy t shirts, unkempt. Pool had people throwing footballs across it, making it impossible to take my 5 year old in without feeling like he wouldn’t get hit. No Towels. Front desk never once answered the phone anytime I called. I had to walk down and ask for everything. Our room was not cleaned either day we were there. WiFi did not work for first day. We stayed at Hyatt Centric right next door the week before and wish we would have stayed there again instead of Flow. Not impressed, would not be back.

The staff do no answer their phones at all, they do not reply to emails. If you’re calling for reservations they will not answer. It seems as though no one answers a phone at all even when you are paying to stay there. They got back to me almost a day later about a reservation change request to add a person on a reservation I’ve already paid for. Called to get directions to the lobby, no one picked up. It was a horrible experience and very frustrating. The hotel itself is nice. But beware you are right next to the train tracks which do not stop all night.

Clean room

Staff by far was the the greatest highlight. Rooms clean and BIG. Get the one bedroom suite it’s only 100.00 difference if you think you want to save money. Hands down

Clean room. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen amenities.

It was a bit hard for us to figure out where to check in after parking in the parking garage, but we did eventually find it! Our 3 bedroom hotel was perfect for my family of 5 - 3 older tall sons. The kitchen came in handy for breakfast and lunch too. I would say the Brightline train was a bit loud, but nothing too horrible. Just bring earplugs if you’re worried. We enjoyed having The Warf so we could listen to the DJ from our balcony, but again, if you’re worried about noise, just come prepared. All and all, it was a great experience for us!

Be aware of the noise from the train station! And no one clean Your Bedroom

Cool staff

It is not a hotel. It is an apartment building and 5hey are renting out some units. There is no one to help take luggage or park your car or nring things to your room. The building lobby is on 2 and you are standing behind residents waiting for packages. Then I had to go to 4th floor of parking garage and try to unload my car then to 7th floor unit above active train tracks. Itvis at best an air bnb with no help. It should not be on Hotels.com site

Flow was an absolutely amazing hotel and experience! Felt like we were truly experiencing a very unique and modern experience. We have definitely found our new home when traveling to Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Flow hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was gorgeous and very clean with every possible needed item! Perfect for staying even for longer periods of time. The kitchen was fully equipped and the full laundry had enough detergent to last a while. Everything was of great quality! Everything was gorgeous and made to relax the guests! The pool was amazing. They even extended our stay for five extra hours at no charge to use all the amenities. Absolutely amazing place! Will definitely come back! There is everything you might need from body care, robes. All natural. More like a resort than a regular hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They assisted us with everything in very friendly manner like we were someone very special! Also there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and clean places. Even a bit further away there were plenty of nice restaurants and cafes and spas. Will definitely come back and soon!

This is a very very place to stay. We enjoyed it very much. Definitely stay again.
