The lobby was nice with cold drinks and snacks available. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

I liked the game table and the workout area.

No dressers in room -- had to live out of our suitcases.

i stay here alot but on arrival system was down, I was manually assigned a room, opened door and WOW some oe else stuff there. noticed room next door had yawn sign o it, went back to desk told her waht happened. So she gave me key to room next door, I told her sign on door but she said they had done manual check should be empty, went back up to 3rd fllr, I heard tv on in room, NOPE. went back down to deak she came up with me, had key to next room. yep she heard tv, but 3rd room was empty and clean, I took it, went back down and got key on my way out. Girl at desk was so nice and very upset at person she had sent to do manual check on rooms. I told her it was ok , people do not do their jobs, i see her so much she knows my name, etc.

We loved everything about our stay at Tru. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was a cut above the standard.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room. The room was up on the third floor almost to the end of the hallway. The mattress was so worn that we rolled to the middle of the King bed. And it was very soft, almost impossible to get in and out of. Sleeping was painful and when I asked for another room the staff on hand would not accommodate us. For the high price we paid per night, we did not get our money’s worth. I expected better from a Hilton property. I hope they do not resell that room to another family. It was horrible night’s sleep and we had back pain in the morning. This is not what a handicapped person needs on top of her existing handicap. This was unfortunate and I do not recommend this property. They are not equipped to handle simple problems that arise.

The property was clean and the staff was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is a microwave in the rooms.
