It was Ok. I did not think it was a 9.2 out of 10. Room felt clammy and the shower had a little mold or dis coloration. The pillows were not great. That said, the breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Also, I thought the location was good.

Super pleased with our stay in Hampton in Suites, Charlotte. Facilities were clean, staff is friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast included a large selection of menu options. Throughout the breakfast hours the dining area was well maintained and food was constantly replenished.

It was easy to access from the expressway Pool was closed when we arrived but later in the evening we saw people in it but it was too late for us to use. There wasn’t any type of paper..pen..or instructions on how to operate the tv
