Need to improve room cleaning crew. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff, especially Ms. Kelly. Staff was very kind, thoughtful and accommodating with a generous heart and smile. The best experience I’ve had with hotel staff. A few guests smoking at the pool site and the smoke traveling to the guests rooms. I didn’t complain, but it would be nice to post a large No Smoking sign at the pool.

The bed I stayed in had a huge dip in it on one side and was very lumpy on the other. Worst bed I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel. The lobby and halls were very stuffy and hot. Wasn’t impressed.

The pool has active algae bloom. Not safe to swim in it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Checking in was not pleasant. Was very busy and the lobby was warm. Desk clerk was not handling it well. Other than check in, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast and was very good and the person putting out the food was very nice and a great worker. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept very well and all was quiet.

Lots of construction workers staying in the hotel, very noisy in the early morning. I was in room 111, closest room to the front desk and the lounge area, very, very noisy.

They stay was good just the 2 room keys wouldn't work together when 1 worked the other had to be reset and vice versa

Despite a problem with our reserved room due to their systems being down, they were more than accommodating in getting our issue resolved. They were very kind and respectful, and the room was clean, and the free breakfast was filled with healthy hot options. Will consider staying here on our next travel through! Jasmin and Jackey deserve major kudos for solving the room issue!

I was very disappointed the hotel wasn’t available at 3 and we had to sit around the lobby for over an hour. In addition the bathroom wasn’t clean a dirty wash cloth and hair on the shower wall. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Staff was amazing, rooms were updated and clean, breakfast was good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family of 7 drove over 12 hours and arrived at the hotel around 10 at night. I arrive at the hotel to check in and wasn’t even greeted, I had to be the first to say hello. Upon trying to check in, I’m told that my room was given away because I booked through third party. She said they were going to try to get ahold of me to ask if I would still be there but didn’t have my number (I never canceled or changed my reservation). They didn’t have any more rooms the size that I booked and said that I could purchase 2 rooms at their rate. ABSOLUTELY NOT! After driving over 12 hours we had no room at the hotel I booked 1 month in advance. It was July 4th weekend and there weren’t any other hotels in the area available. My family of 7 (kids aged 14, 12, 9, 3 & 1) had sleep in the car after being in it all day and then all of the next day. We LOVE holiday inn but this one I will never stop at again, they did us dirty!
