The pool was shut down and I would not have booked the hotel having 3 kids with me if I knew that prior. It should have been stated somewhere as it looks like it was an ongoing issue and not just a weekend thing.

Location The attendant at the bistro was snarky and was not flexible. Would not give us a water instead of a juice, would not do iced coffee instead of hot, then we had to specifically ask for a lid for a cup because she was being snarky about the cup of ice.

Breakfast should be included for the cost especially when renting a suite. We also booked an additional room and weren't provided with anything extra for free. Thin walls, could hear above, below and outside of room.
