Everything was great. Especially the staff, when we checked, in I believe her name was Chavone she was personable and delight to work with. All of the other staff was as well they greeted us and made sure things were taken care of.

The room I was put in didn’t have hot water at the sink or the shower. The water only got moderately warm. The tub kept filling up with water and drained very slowly, so with the shower running I was standing in at least 6 inches of water. The toilet didn’t flush. The AC never stopped running and the carpet smelled. Basically, this room (356) should not be used. In addition to all that, I called the front desk and requested an extra blanket. I was told someone would bring one. No one ever showed up.

Breakfast was good. We had palmetto roaches in our room both nights we stayed. One of the rooms we couldnt adjust the air conditioner, it was warm in the room, not cool enough.
