Check in was easy and wonderful. Got up for breakfast, was looking for a pen to write something. Saw a pen but also saw a bug. Took a pic went down showed front desk and she changed my room. I put 2 bottles of water in the fridge side door. When I open the fridge there was a baby bug on the inside of the fridge on the wall of the fridge. Took pic and showed her as well. She said she would mention to her supervisor and also have maintenance spray. Cool took my things to my new room. Everything was good. My last night staying there I was about to eat my left overs from the restaurant. Realize I didn’t have any eating utensils. I looked in the dishwasher and saw dishes. I grabbed the fork and notice it was dirty. All the dishes in the dishwasher was dirty. I walked to Publix and purchased plastic eating utensils for me and my daughter.

We lost my daughters sunglasses and they went above and beyond to find them plus make her a little goody basket with an adorable note. Clean hotel, great staff, great location just a few minutes from the beach and right next to a Publix.

We only stayed one night and we liked the property. It was quiet and calm,and had breakfast included.

I was given a handicap room; after showering, the floor was wet and extremely slippery. I recommend textured tile in the bathrooms to reduce slip/fall risk.

The room had dirty towels and when we requested a maid to clean the room it still was dirty and not clean. Very disappointed.

If you are traveling with pets, this is a good one to put on your list. From booking to check in to check out, 5 stars. The suite was very nice. The pool and hot tub 5 stars! Breakfast is good with a great variety. They also have an area to cook out on their grill. Our Sphynx enjoyed their stay! And so did we!

Was a great stay for 3 days and close to lots of restaurants and locations. Excellent staff and was treated very good, my mom got a nice birthday bag from the staff. Clean room and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

The hotel was extremely clean and renovated. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very attentive, we will definitely come back. Hotel is very close to Sanibel Beach and many stores on area. Perfect location!!!
