I asked for a refund or partial refund. They denied. I then asked for a room change and they refused. There were plenty of rooms available. I finally ended up eating the cost and moved to another motel. Terrible way to conduct business.

That the price was low some and the bed good. But that was about it though They didn't clean every day and we only got clean towels one time... they need to more work in fixing stuff and smell like there was mold in the bathroom

It could have been a good stay, if they had any kind of decent customer service, and actually cleaned the room. No ice bucket was first issue we had. I called and they refused to bring one. They said if I wanted one I had to go back up to the front desk. There were numerous cigarette burns in the bedding! The freezer in the room was disgusting! The microwave did not work. There were either cosmetic stains or possibly blood on bathroom wall and shower curtain.

Overall very dirty place. The pool could use a good cleaning. Many locals there with this kids. Very noisy until 9:00 when the pool closes. Not a place to relax by the pool.

Place was clean staff was very friendly and pool was awsome will be making this my new family vacation spot and price was very reasonable

Wi-fi was slow, and seemed to stop entirely every 2-3 hours, for 5-10 minutes. This was annoying because I was working on something that needed regular wi-fi.

It was pool side It would be better if I did not have to change rooms because the toilet broke and water was all over the fool and they said I can't get my deposit it because there was shit on the bed and there was not
