Amazing clean

I’ve stayed here before and always know it’s going to be clean. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and also the hangout area on second floor. The breakfast is good. The coffee bar is amazing! Fresh ground roasted beans for every cup! 👏👏The hotel is in a great location with food and gas close by.

The best hotel I stayed at in a while

Nice, comfortable, and very clean

Nats flying around all over in room 401. It was late so I ignored the issues. I went to go buy some food to bring back to the room and while I was washing my hands the nats had completely swarmed my food. I had to throw it away. So I called downstairs but no one was there. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of this. Finally at 6 am I went back downstairs to report this, they apologized and switched me rooms. I need a full refund. I have a video of the nats on my food. I’ll post a screenshot.

The room and property remained clean during my stay. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Easy check in, very clean and comfy room with nice amenities. Nice pool area too. And great air conditioning, which is vital during Texas summers. But the breakfast was kind of a disaster. We came down 40 minutes offer breakfast hours began. The juice machine was not giving juice - it was water. They had run out of pepper. The coffee creamers (individual ones) were old and clumpy. The pump creamer was watered down. Either someone didn’t show up, or someone was late, or someone needed to be fired. No pepper? There were a lot of problems and only lukewarm food. The hotel itself was great - just don’t count on breakfast.

Checkin took almost 30 min and staff member named Marquis sat behind the counter playing on his phone while one employee checked in five people. Both treadmills were broken and I specifically chose this hotel bc of the gym. Our toilet leaked all over one of our travel bags, as well as the ac unit leaked puddles of water. The ac sucked and button panel was broken, the settings wouldn’t change and stayed on high the entire time so our room was freezing cold. Wth. I called the front desk reporting these things and the female acted clueless and no one came to fix anything. The floor was dirty also and needed to be mopped.

It was very clean, an easy checkin and close to restaurants, shopping and a theater.

Very clean,updated,and good sized rooms. We loved the 2nd floor lobby! It was a nice surprise. My kids were not happy with breakfast options. I found it odd that there wasn't a waffle or pancake maker. That would be my only recommendation. Please add this to your daily breakfast set up. The rest of the stay was great. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely wonderful.

The pool had no pool towels out and we had to ask for them. The last night we stayed the hotel ran out of towels, bath towels. I was able to get one bath towels and one pool towel for us to use that night. But someone had gone into our room

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, the staff were very nice and accommodating. We will be returning here when we visit the DFW.

Very polite and great staff,very clean environment,EXCELLENT BREAKFAST.....that was the highlight for our kids. Overall,beautiful ambience! We hope to visit againnnnnn.

It was very clean, and they were helpful at times. They did run out of clean towels. So we had to reuse, which is okay. Staff seemed to be a little helpful, we really didn’t use them much.
