The parking lot was filthy. There was food debris and a vomit smell in the elevator. I entered the room and found it was dirty to include feces stains in the toilet. There is no agent on site, just a kiosk. Avoid!

It served a good purpose for me. This seems to be like an extended stay hotel. It is right off of the highway and adjacent to HW 170. The Alliance Airport is close by and the planes literally fly over the Hotel. It is a commercial airport so they don't fly over all hours of the night. It was clean. The basics are there. Bed and one small sitting chair. They only provide 2 towels per night and you have to swap them out for new towels at the desk. The staff are nice. If you are staying for a work trip this would be a good place to stay.

Nothing I hardly ever write reviews especially bad ones but this hotel was a very disappointing stay. Cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. We stayed at this hotel Friday through Sunday and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived around midnight on Friday after a long day of traveling only to find that nobody was at the front desk. We had to wait approximately 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention at the front kiosk before we could even get checked in. Once we finally got into our room, I immediately noticed a roach on the wall and several tiny roaches in the bathtub. At that point it was already very late and we were traveling with my boyfriend and my 8 yr old daughter so finding another hotel at that hour was not really an option. We decided to stay and make the best of it. Unfortunately, things continued. When I pulled the covers back to get into bed, there was an ant in the bed. During the night, my boyfriend was actually bitten by an ant on his ear. We tried to overlook everything because we had a long day ahead of us and just needed to get some sleep. When we returned to the hotel around 10 PM on Saturday there were once again roaches on the walls. At that point, it was clear that this was not just a one time issue. The checkout experience was also extremely frustrating. Checkout was at 11:00 AM. At approximately 9:20 AM a two staff members banged on our door and then entered the room asking if we were leaving. I explained that we were but that checkout was not until 11:00. Then, around 10:15 AM another staff member came back and entered the room again without even knocking, asking the same question. I again explained that we were leaving at 11:00. She responded, “Well, it’s almost 11.” It was still approximately 45 minutes before our scheduled checkout time. We had already packed and only needed to take our two bags to the car.

They didn’t have “enough” pillows rooms only had 2 flat pillows Hall ways and elevator stunk Room floor was sticky

A beautiful hotel! Very clean inside and out. Excellent security for tenants safety. Spacious room with a convenient kitchenette! Full size refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets for medical device. Friendly staff; Wade is just great! Ample parking, laundry facility is nice for long stay. Good location and quiet. Easy driving to many shops and restaurants. Everything was great but I forgot to bring own pots or pans but available to purchase.

The elevator and hallway smelled horrible. The room smelled horrible from the refrigerator not being cleaned. The whole room was not cleaned.

Hotel was just ok. The room had just blinds on window with no curtains on slat was broken down the blinds allowed parking lot light in all night. Highway noise was noticeable from room at back of property. The guy at the desk had to reset the key machine twice to get one key programmed.

Location was good, not super busy area. Fridge didn’t work so all my leftovers had to be trashed, WiFi didn’t work due to storm days prior, there was no tv in the room I got. Bathroom was not clean. Had to sit in my car just to have phone service.

Good location Cheap beds, no blackout curtain over window, bathroom door didn’t shut due to settling, had to kill a roach crawling around on the floor near our luggage, bad smell in hallways and elevator.
