I do not want to write a review this step is annoying me.

The location and staff were excellent. The lack of space to hang my clothing. The mini fridge made a horrible screeching noise that would come and go all night.

Only 8 minutes from the convention center. Uber is about $12. Rooms are clean, property is simple with minimal amenities. Breakfast is minimal, but you can live on it. Worthy of noting that there is a main line train track behind the hotel, so you'll have locomotives passing by throughout the night. No horns, but the diesel engines are impossible to ignore. Staff is where they fall far short. Checkin was long and desk clerk was not helpful. Room AC quit in middle of the night on first night, woke up sweating through the sheets. Desk clerk said maintenance would handle the problem in the morning, so first night was miserable. No credit or accommodation offered from hotel. Came back to hotel after work for night 2 to an uncleaned room, but with AC working. Since I sweated the sheets, I asked for the room to be cleaned, which they said couldn't happen at 8pm. No reason given for not cleaning the room. I asked to be moved to a different room, which they originally said OK, but when I packed up everything and came to the lobby for a new room assignment, the manager refused to move me since I had not booked through a "third party" (Expedia). After 10 minutes of arguing, I finally got a clean room for night 2. I'll never go back and recommend you avoid this property.

Clean and modern.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was great. the room is very comfortable. nice and close to a walking/running track. the washing room was clean and the machines fast. parking was a dream. the times to use the pool were a bit discouraging. for those wanting a swim before the day begins, can't until 10am, and while you could swim till 9pm. we personally like it better at the beginning of the day.

Nice hotel..10 mins walk to sundance square Bars ect .. Stockyards are 2x miles away .great fun at the weekend.

Great stay. Clean and close to everything we needed to go and not far from other places in Dallas

The pillows weren’t comfy; the breakfast was not satisfying

Everything was awesome! Just an idea…..can you add a waffle maker so we can make our waffles for breakfast. Not complaining just a suggestion. Just because my daughter pointed it out when she was about to get her breakfast. She’s like the other hotels we’ve been too have a waffle maker. HAD A GREAT STAY THOUGH!

The beds and shower are absolutely amazing! I slept like a baby. Worth every penny spent. Super close to the Stockyards too!
