My stay was great! Staff was very nice hotel was very clean and cozy, and breakfast was good! Everyone especially Latai went above and beyond to make sure my stay was satisfactory! Will definitely be back!

Got a reservation to this hotel on Expedia. We had a family emergency and I was driving from eight hours away, but my son needed a place to wait until I got to the hotel. He is 19 years old and despite me paying in advance and speaking to the hotel manager, they refused to allow him to check into the hotel while I drove there. Additionally, they refused to give me a refund or credit for a different stay. As a result, I had to make a second reservation to a different hotel that was courteous enough to allow me to have my son wait until I got there. Nonetheless, I had to pay for two hotels for a single night.

Great Staff. Clean room. Easy access. Favorite place to stay in Fort Worth. Will always stay here when we are in town. Only issue was my Bonvoy points didn’t get added to my account. Not sure if that’s a location issue or booking.

Stayed on a weekend they had a bar and it was closed. Would’ve been nice to hang out at the bar. Other than that it was very clean no issues with anything or anyone.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room is very clean. The coffee is good in the room. Unfortunately the bar was shut last night so I didn't get to take advantage of it.

Breakfast was terrible for 8.00 each, when you pay you don’t expect to get food that was made 2 hours ago sitting on a hot plate, might as well had the hot dogs from yesterday on the rack at the gas station. If your going to charge and be a restaurant don’t use disposable cup and silverware for dine in customers.

The sheets smelt musty! No lotion or shower cap. No microwave in the room! Strange black bug in shower. Just okay.
