Early information said to download the app to check in and await instructions but i never received any info. I called the hotel number at check in time and they advised someone was actually on site to help. That definitely helped making check in a breeze. The app was easy to use to unlock doors, room was great -clean and as advertised. Great place over all, we would come back.

The coffee bar across from our room had no regular coffee pods and according to the sign on the counter, there was supposed to be creamer in the refrigerator. However, there was absolutely no creamer in the fridge or even any powdered creamer. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and all she could do was offer an excuse that a previous guest had taken the creamer. She did not offer to replace it. I had to go to CVS next door to the hotel and purchase regular coffee pods and creamer.

cool industrial chic architecture, but no sound insulation. can hear every toilet flush and people coughing 2 rooms over, as well as various unidentified sounds of building creak and groan as temperatures changed. but biggest complaint was that the cool looking 4th floor coffee and break room that was advertised with free coffee did not have coffee- was told they will get it in a few days with next delivery. did find a cool coffee shop in walking distance

Only downside was not being able to get the TV to work. Not a big deal, just used mobile to watch some YouTube while we had some down time.

I really love this hotel so far I stayed this hotel 3 times , I will come back again for another trip

The staff and room were fine. I just definitely didn't feel safe sleeping there. There were so many noises, and people slamming doors. I left in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep properly. And the AC barely worked and it was so hot

Rooms were clean and comfy. Could use a coffee pot. Lol. Hall way and lobby was under construction. No biggie. Parking in air garage was a hassle. Would stay again tho.

Rooms was very clean. And the parking was not bad. Construction made it hard to get around

Jeremy was so so extremely helpful and gracious!! The sweet girl that worked front desk was helpful and so nice!!! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and was perfect for my daughter and I!! I’d recommend to anyone looking first a place in downtown ft. Worth.

The property was clean and so was the room
-
Hallways unpainted, air conditioner broken. Window shades faulty

Parking was convenient, but there was no one to check you in. When calling the phone number the offsite support staff was very rude and not very helpful. Also the bar is not open at the moment.

Once you figure out how to get in, the rooms are nice and spacious. We stayed in a big corner room. Unfortunately space was wasted since there was no furniture except a bed and a chair. Nowhere to put your luggage or your things. No towel rack for wet towels either. Room is minimalistic/modern design. Cool I guess. Does not work well when you need to sleep and the concrete floors and the thin walls allow you to hear your neighbors two rooms down. Honestly felt like they were in the room with us. The bed was fine, but the sheets were too small and corners would pop off as soon as you sat down. Parking was fine. Location is good. So there was nothing horribly major wrong, it was just all the little things that added up to make this our last visit.

Ultra modern to a fault. Totally unmanned hotel with a Goki app required to get in the door. Dark warehouse hallways but bright neon lights give it a red light district feel. Pretty sure the managers are environmentally focused as 6 straight “eco” paper coffee cups leaked out the bottom and the shower put out a dribble of water not sufficient to even get clean. Of course AC was off on arrival and room was way too hot. Switched to a different hotel on our second night.

Very strange place. Not very comfortable. Property is run down. Check in, key app is very cumbersome. The staff on site was nice but overall the experience was not a good one. Will not be returning.
-
Very difficult check in process no one was there at all and room was definitely not clean

Parking was in a shared lot. The pics are deceiving. We tried to get a refund but was told no. The entire experience was horrible. The ac did not work and the hotel staff did nothing to fix it. We asked about another room and was told they were all the same. I would not recommend this hotel. We ended up just leaving and going to the Hilton.

0 staff. An office building with beds

Rooms are spartan (like a dorm) but clean. There was a hole punched in one wall from a previous guest. No USB ports in the room. No electrical outlets near the bed for overnight device charging. No in room coffee. But worse than that: no coffee at all in the common area at 6:30 on a weekday morning! Nothing was open nearby. I had to walk down the street for coffee. With the road construction, I actually had to walk in the busy street for part of a block. Fortunately a Chick Fil A was open in a Children’s Hospital five or six blocks away. I definitely will never stay here again. Convenient location near medical center. That’s the only positive. I did leave a tip for housekeeping because I suspect that this is a challenging place for them to work.
