- Check-in is on the 24th floor, which raised a security concern because it appeared anyone could enter from the street, use the elevators, and potentially access guest-room floors before passing a staffed front desk. - The most serious issue was the elevator. The sensors did not appear to work properly, and the doors closed on my friend while she was using her mobility scooter, pushing her into the wall and further injuring her foot. - Our original room had air-conditioning problems, and we were told the entire floor was affected, so we had to change rooms. - In the second room, the toilet handle was broken. We called for repairs, but they were not completed and we had to call again the next day. - The counter and refrigerator were filled with minibar items, leaving little room for our belongings, and we were told there was a $20 fee to have them removed. - There was no iron because we were told the hotel’s irons had been recalled. - Parking was expensive and inconvenient, with self-parking a couple of blocks away. For a luxury hotel, I expected much better attention to safety, security, maintenance, and guest convenience. The elevator incident was especially concerning.

The place was beautiful…. Stunning… actually!!! The exercise space was amazing! The bar area with happy hour was so quaint and not too busy. Just perfect for a relaxing place to sit and enjoy. I absolutely loved the staff! Loved the room, love the entire hotel!!! I recommend this place 1000000%

It’s very nice! Vintage updated! The check front counter is on the 24th floor! Neat! I loved our room! AC work excellently! It was walking distance to where we wanted to go and we enjoyed Jake’s Burgers on the corner! 2thumbs up!! I liked it all!

Loved the Nespresso coffee, comfy rooms, robes, location, and staff was very kind. Loved the truffle fries and signature burger too in the refinery on the 24th floor. Thank you for a lovely stay,

The lack of more amenities was the biggest drawback to our stay

Beautiful property!

Delightful boutique hotel with very helpful and sincere staff, great linen service and wonderful restaurant with daily credit per room. Would have loved coffee maker on the room (don’t need the snacks and wine). The beds were okay but not top notch. I would gladly stay there again

The place is great but one piece of advice is to not buy the parking through the website - just buy it when you get there. It is cheaper and less hassle.

Our room was extremely noisy. Street noise was as if you were standing on the street. Constant bubbly toilet, loud noises in the ceiling like pipes or air and we had a suite which was ice cold in the front area but no air flow at all in the bedroom.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the social hour with complimentary drinks between 5-6pm. Registration on the 24th floor was a strange arrangement but the nice view at the top made up for whatever inconvenience.
