My husband and I went this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Front desk staff was very helpful and sweet! Valet great job! Our room was absolutely perfect for couples! Definitely staying here again!!

A quiet and comfortable stay at a historic property. Such a wonderful alternative to the noisee, busier hotels downtown. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay and friendly staff made us feel right at home.

The style and location Room wasn’t very clean. Also they need better blinds because at night all the light comes through and it’s not dark in there at all

The staff front desk person was great (Deborah & James) very helpful and definitely (Kevin) your bellman. After learning more about Kevin and since we were from California we had alot in common.. he is a friendly person.. The toliet was to low and the furniture was dated. But the vibe was still fine and we enjoyed our suite..

Would stay again.

Really nice beautiful property that’s clean. Everyone was really nice. The rooms were nice. The only thing that was weird, is right by the toilet, there’s a little bump for a doorstop so you kinda gotta be careful - well you really hurt your foot, but other than that it’s a very nice place, very convenient to things to walk to in Fort Worth.

The staff was so friendly and Valet was quick and incredibly convenient. Great stay.

The room's bathroom developed a ceiling leak. It was an inconvenience to move to another room given he amount of luggage we brought for the week's stay

Location is amazing. Rooms are massive. Because not a ton of rooms it was so quiet as well. If you encounter any type of problem they are excellent at making things right.

The lady that checked us in wasn't exactly welcoming but got the job done. When we got to our room, the carpet was soaking wet. I went back and asked to switch rooms. She was accommodating, however, she was more focused on finding other employees to tell them what was going on then she was on helping us. We got to the second room and the bathroom floor was wet. I used towels to clean it up. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. We went back to the front desk twice to speak with someone but could not find an employee there. We live in the area, but find time once a month to do a stay-cation somewhere locally and we were really excited about this stay, as the hotel is beautiful, however we experienced problems with two different rooms and the lady on duty did not seem very interested in helping or making it right.

We love the history of the hotel. It sounds weird but i love the way it smells! The rooms are always clean and perfectly put together and the staff has been amazing everytime! We’re on our third stay in the same about of weeks! It’s also perfectly located in downtown!

They gave us a large room, it was hypoallergenic, nice gym with free water. Very clean. Told Rodney at the front desk that the A/C was all or nothing. It was not regulating properly, but we just turned it off when it got too cold. And one of the ceiling lights was flickering.
