Quality Inn Fort Worth - Downtown East

Cracked walls, lifted crownmolding, cracked molding, and a rat visitor. The a/c was nice but the entirety of the room and hotel is rundown. But you get what you paid for. Will not stay here again.

Room Looked clean but there's was cockroachs and room looked clean but smell musty and with cigar smell and humidity. WE HAD TO LEAVE BUT WE DID OUT MONEY BACK

The room is completely different to what they showed in the pictures. The area felt very unsafe. When I tried to talk to the receptionist about an early check out because I felt unsafe in my room he was extremely rude and insisted that the pictures online had been taken 2 years ago and they had done renovations since but that makes no sense at all. The place also reeks I don’t even know how to describe the smell.

When I check in 8/14/26 my room #219 had a roach. And the wall way smell weed but I book none smoking.

Was a nice place to stay just need some work on the walls and doors but over all was good

Property did not feeling safe due to random people hanging around in the parking lot that were not staying at the property. Rooms were not cleaned very well. After requesting a room change twice because they had not been properly cleaned I requested a refund as was denied. I ended up just disputing the charges. We found a better hotel.

Room was nice hallways were a little sketch and pool was green

Ice machine upstairs did not work so you had to go down stairs the staff at breakfast said there was no ice for the guests but there was just not at the breakfast. Now it would have been great to have ice for the orange juice so it would be ice cold. They did not keep up with the breakfast items I had to ask. All they had to do was check and see if the pancake batter was empty or not which they both were. I will never stay there again. What a horrible experience. They have a person at the day time on a kiosk. That was crazy. When I checked in there was no one around for 15 plus minutes at least. So I tried the kiosk and finally some one came to the front desk and the person that does not work right now only in the mornings.

Food I was only there for 3 days!! And the supervisor didn’t even come to talk to me about it at all! I will not ever go back there. I want my money back too!
