Quality Inn & Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek

Nice clean room. Breakfast was ok. We got to breakfast about 30 minutes before "closing time" and everything was picked over and there was nobody to refresh anything

The room was clean, the breakfast area was poorly maintained. The bathroom by the pool was out of order, so if you are in the pool and need to use the restroom, you must run back to your room.

Definitely was surprised, but HAPPY that my room was cleaned and smelled great! Definitely can tell they took the time to clean and make sure that the details of the room were well done! Really appreciate hotels that not only smell clean, but are clean with the physical appearance!

Comfy beds, clean room!

Room was clean.. no room service after our first night.. took dirty towels but had to ask for clean ones. Over all good experience for a couple of nights in Ft Worth.

I was not informed about a $100 security deposit, the loveseat was torn

Pretty basic of hotels. Rooms weren’t bad, staff were fine. Happened to leave a necklace in the hotel room and it wasn’t found, so that sucked but other than that it was fine.

Breakfast was terrible so skip that, biggest complaint our flight was delayed so I called the Quality Inn and was told I had to be there by 3am. Flight ended up landing at 4am so I booked another hotel even though this one was paid for, I had tried calling when we la fed no answer just in case. When I did check in at that morning I was told our reception is open 24 hours. Maybe you could train your staff to actually give out the correct information. I am being generous with the stars because the rooms were large and clean.

The breakfast was Ok compared to most hotels offering continental breakfast… The front desk male staff (morning shift) has absolutely little to zero customer service. Poor communication skills.

Absolutely nothing!!! Besides the location close to where I needed to be The atmosphere is not worth the price!! Bathroom was dirty hair in tub could tell tissue was stuffed back in box instead of being taken out comforter discolored an thin like a curtain !! An the food i couldn't even get to with the uncleaness I seen an roach in elevator I usually choose these hotels an this by far wrost one

The internet did not work “due to rainy conditions outside” Although signage throughout the hotel indicated that breakfast was offered for a longer period (half hour longer) ; it was not.
