Grand Hotel Imperiale

The location is great and individually the staff are great but I feel it lacks mid management! It’s been refurbished since the last time I stayed there but I’m told it’s going to be completely renovated by year end. There is a major issue with noise, if your room is above the garage, you hear every car rolling in and out. Also, housekeeping staff don’t realize how much noise they are creating while vacuuming and cleaning rooms. Their conversations alone could wake up the whole floor. It’s not peaceful at all. Again, I feel it lacks mid management or a proper chain to run this hotel!

Everything was perfect there is nothing not to like. From the moment we stepped in the hotel we can feel the special treatment a special thanks to Reem who was wonderful and helped us with everything from the first day in Forte Dei Marmi. The location is amazing, the beach club too. The rooms are well fitted with everything you need Nothing

Very tasty breakfast, fresh produce, buffet selection was small but you can order many dishes with no extra charge. Amazing view from the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful lobby and outside area. The rooms are in need of some renovation, there are signs of use. The lobby is renovated it seems like. Hotels description said that the outdoor pool was heated, but it was not - too cold to swim when it was 20 degrees outside.

The staff were incredible. They were very accommodating and pleasant. They were also very helpful and nothing was too much for them. The accommodation was beautiful and very comfortable. Housekeeping were excellent. There was a big variety of food at breakfast. Breakfast was great. Hotel is absolutely spotless. We love the lounge area outside it was so tranquil. The hotel offers a shuttle service within Forte De Marmi which was very useful if one did not want to ride. We will definitely be back as soon as possible. Nothing not to like!!

Limited equipment in the gym (not a 5-star hotel level). Very bad air conditioning in the gym/fitness. Staff at the breakfast restaurant area is low quality. Only 1 personnel. Others are always ‘somewhere’. Long waiting time to get ab order.
