Location was amazing. Room was wonderful, clean and new. The breakfast buffet is truly one of the best I’ve seen! Last but not least, the front desk staff is amazing - helpful, kind and never bothered with requests. I liked it all.

Excellent location…right in the heart of downtown and just a block from the beach. Room was spotless and A/C was kicked up to deal with the brutal heat wave. Nothing.

The hotel is absolutely magnificent, trendy, classy, well decorated, very clean and completely updated! The hotel staff is just wonderful, friendly and willing to accommodate. We were upgraded to a better room, even if we didn’t ask for it. The breakfast is excellent and there is a variety of options for everyone. The location is right next to all the high end shops, just sensational! We enjoyed our stay and will most likely return. Nothing

I can be certain to say the best hotel in Italy as a whole. I took a suite with a balcony, the decoration of the room, the views, the furniture, the amenities provided and most importantly the staff were top notch. the location was perfect, exactly in the downtown and 2mins walking from the beach. The hotel provides bicycles, making the experience even better. Nothing at all

The location was the best part! Centrally located near luxury shopping, amazing restaurants and off main boardwalk along beach club after beach club. The town is made for walking and bicycling. The hotel had lovely bikes to take out for the day. Nothing I can complain about.

Good location and clean room. Thin walls, I couldn't sleep from the baby crying next door and then the cleaner decided to vacuum on the corridor.
