Hotel Acapulco

Location was good, staff was friendly but the maintenance man had a terrible attitude to everyone including other employees. The AC in our room never cooled below 25°C (77°F) for all three nights, despite reporting it to four different staff members and having maintenance check it twice. We were only offered a €30 discount on a €950 stay. At checkout we were also asked to leave a Google review and specifically told not to mention the AC issue.

What a lovely hotel. In a perfect part of town and reasonable priced considering the prices of everything around. Beds were super comfortable, rooms were impeccable and the staff was amazing. The pool needs some updating for sure, otherwise the property is stunning and the location is superb.

Great small hotel, located walking distance from the beach, spacious rooms with balconies, very clean, fantastic breakfast, wonderful staff very helpful and polite, bikes and parking available.

Everything, from the time of arrival until we left the stay was perfect. Room was great, bed and pillows were comfortable, the entire staff was a ten! They’re very friendly, courteous, and always making sure everything is perfect and helpful for making reservations. The place is perfect, nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my stay. The amenities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The staff at this hotel were terrific. They went the extra mile for guests and even helped us go to the right place to pay a parking ticket. The hotel was spotless and breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the great staff helped make it memorable. There was only street parking.

Excellent hotel for its category — breakfast, location, service, and facilities are definite pluses. The only area for improvement would be adding a proper fitness room.

The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly. Close to the beach The walls were pretty thin so i could hear the doors opening and closing every morning, couldn’t get much sleep from the really early risers

Staff was very friendly and ready to help in any situation. The location of the hotel is excellent both to stay in quite place and be close to the beach and center. -

The location was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the accommodations were ideal. The staff could not have been anymore helpful with making various reservations while there. To name a couple and f standouts Stephanie at the front desk and Shamia part of the breakfast server’s crew were fantastic, they all were great at doing their jobs and most helpful, but these two I saw there name badges! I saw nothing about the property I disliked.
