Just an average 4 star The poor attitude of the management.

The structure itself is so well done. The la escaping is stunning! But the rooms… maybe one of the most perfectly designed hotel rooms ever. Space between the bed and the toilet with big heavy doors, amazing lighting, shower, and aesthetic are premium. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant experience was one of the best I’ve had in my life. I’ve traveled the world seeking Michelin star restaurants and this one was incredible. Street noise

The highlight was definitely the balcony view—it was absolutely breathtaking, and we never got tired of looking at it. Breakfast was good. The garden terrace where breakfast was served was beautiful, overlooking the pool and providing a lovely setting to start the day. Most of the staff were polite. In particular, the two ladies working at breakfast were always smiling. a wider variety of options would have made breakfast even better. Unfortunately, our experience with one breakfast waitress, Khadija, was quite different. We found her behavior intrusive and uncomfortable on several occasions. On the day of our departure, we were surprised to find her standing near our room on the third floor, which felt unusual and added to our discomfort.

The location is wonderful and quiet. Very close to the centre. Bikes to rent for 10 euros a whole day. I enjoyed the music at the lobby. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. Clean rooms and has a balcony. You can choose a pillow from their pillow menu which suits everybody. They dont have a gym. No ironing board.

Our second stay. We stayed for 5 nights. We felt at home. The rooms were very good( can be improved). Food was excellent. Staff were very nice and helpful, especially The breakfast staff. The facility was excellent. There is a €20 service charge on any room service order. I didn’t see this at any other hotel in other countries. May be it’s common practice in Italy!?

Location and surrounding gardens. Close to beach and shopping square. The air conditioner in our room did not keep the room cool. We mentioned it to the front desk and thermostats was adjusted. But it never felt cool. Especially at night when sleeping.

The hotel is fantastic more like 5 star hotel . Very nicely and positively decorated. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was outstanding .personell utterly polite and friendly When you stay a few days in Forte Dei Marmi also try the food in the neighboring town Pietrosanta. There are amazing restaurants -

Dine services: Sciabola restaurant is not worth the money it's asking (we've eaten much better in other places in Forte, for half the price), plus the dishes delivered are extremely different from what you'd expect (e.g., 'patata e fave' arrives in the form of tagliatelle with a sauce, which we would have not ordered if we knew). The other restaurant, while steel keeping high prices (e.g., 20+ euro for a pasta) should make more options available also for vegetarian (e.g., 1 night we found just an onion dish). Also, the fan coil in the bathroom was either not sized well or not working properly.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and with a great location. The staff is amazing in every way. Everyone from the front desk to the bartenders to the cleaning staff did an amazing job. A total pleasure to stay here.

Great setting and atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food and drinks. Breakfast was exceptional! Supper too! Bike hire for only 10 euros per day, we enjoyed cycling along the coast on flat cycle paths! Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi too! We would certainly return and stay here again! Nothing. Hotel is set back from the main coast road but that did not bother us as we like walking and cycling.
