Staff were lovely and the hotel is beautiful, across from the beach and restaurants within 15 min walking distance. Hotel restaurant was closed for the season and it was only the beginning of October and it was a decent walk to get to the restaurant district, restaurants are not right outside your door. Taxis are extortion €20 for a 4 min trip to get to the closest restaurant.

The staff were amazing. Everyone went above and beyond. The location was perfect. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to go back. We didn’t like leaving.

The waiters were very friendly helpful and generous. Especially a lovely chap called Federico whom my son adored. Very professional and personable. The hotel needs an urgent makeover. The signs outside are rusty. It is badly kept. No attention to quality or detail. No special touches. No atmosphere. Cold. Dust and Leaves outside that weren’t swept up - especially by the pool. The poolside personnel is scarce. Reception staff absolutely not welcoming or professional. No complementary bicycle service. Our room was ridiculously tiny. The bathroom was old and the drain next to the rickety plastic shower was positively disgusting. The shower was a hand held pitiful device. The bath products are old fashioned and there is no special touch anywhere. Forget the fact that we asked for a room with a bathtub and we were told none of their rooms have tubs. Really. Appalling. Quality price ratio ridiculous .

Pool and food Price

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The location is ok though it is a 20 mins walk away from the city center. The hotel is old, walls are very thin so you hear everything, bed is very uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable and old. The bedding and towels feel old as well. It’s the same as staying at a 3 star bed and breakfast. The hotel does not have any facilities and no beach access. The stay was below average. However the hotel next door, Villa Grey is very nice, new and has a beach and costs the same. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and is not worth staying there until it is properly refurbished. I didn’t see security staff which is slightly odd however the hotel and neighborhood is very safe.

The location and the sea view were amazing, and the staff were so friendly. 1- The room walls were so thin we heard everything (people snoring, kids jumping on beds, other guests alarms, phone call conversations, etc.) 2- The bed mattress was not comfortable as it feels like it was used so many times.

I liked the authenticity ,and relaxed atmosphere

I could not stay there it smelled veeery bad and unclean and the staff is unhelpful I got out immediately when I arrival even I did not enter the room I do not recommend it at allllllll,,, but if you want a good place there is a hotel near it and much better than it a five star hotel named (Byron ) is great and much better and it does not even compare in this hotel
