Hotel Tarabella

Amazing place to stay. Even better in person than in the photos. Great location — near the beach (we went to La Fenice beach club) and a short walk to the square area where you can find great restaurants nearby. The area is quiet and the grounds are peaceful. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms were really comfortable. Bike rental is easy and so fun to do. Breakfast was good.

Gorgeous property, friendly staff, accomodating Everything was good except the room did not meet our expectations. At check in the "owner' stated we had an upgrade that offered 2 rooms with a bathroom in the middle but it was so tiny and he put us next to another family. You can hear everything as the walls are not soundproof. Also there was construction going on literally right in the back neighborhood you can see it right outside the balcony that started super early in the morning. We did not sleep well due to all of this. We should have been placed somewhere else, as the property wasn't full. We were only there for 2 nights otherise we would have requested to change rooms.

Friendly family run hotel, very clean and tidy with nice pool area and outdoor patio for afternoon aperitivo or breakfast. Nice location in a residential area away from the fancy fray of Forte dei Marmi, but close enough to walk or bike to the centro. Rental bikes available, but walkable restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Particularly liked Bagno la Fenice for lunch (ate there twice) only 2 blocks from the hotel. Also liked Bagno Flora Di Levante for lunch, also utilized their beach, chairs and umbrella for a reasonable price (once after lunch late afternoon). Other restaurant of note having experienced it multiple times, Osteria del Mare in the center on the seaside. Also Pesce Baracca, busy restaurant at the main intersection in FdM, downstairs restaurant and market for take away. Upstairs bar for aperitivo and views! Did not experience the hotel restaurant for dinner, but morning breakfast, eggs, coffee on the patio and staff were superb! Noisy rollup balcony shutters from adjacent rooms. Not so happy about the cell towers on the building.

The property is very modern, clean and very cozy. The owners and the staff are quite lovely and very accommodating. It’s uneasy, walk to the beach and two downtown restaurants and shopping. We really loved it and would definitely stay here again.

The AC was out for a whole day and night which made sleeping and getting ready for dinner nearly impossible. It worked the second night which made the stay much more pleasant. Not having AC work in the dead of summer is definitely brutal in Italy.

Nothing

Pristine with lovely accommodations. I’d have given it a “10” for comfort, but one night we had no air conditioning and it was over 80 so mighty uncomfortable. The entire staff was kind and helpful. We loved having free bikes since this area is perfect for getting around by bike. We also enjoyed the pool and grounds. Nothing other than ac situation for one night with no explanation until we asked the next day.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Tarabella. The hotel is spotless, with well-kept outdoor spaces, a lovely pool, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and close to everything you might need. Bike rentals are available directly at the hotel, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with plenty of good options and super-friendly service. A special thanks to the owners who were incredibly helpful and made our stay smooth and comfortable. They helped us arrange taxis, gave us useful tips about the area, and were always generous with their time. Their presence added a very personal and thoughtful touch to the whole stay. The Tarabella team were flexible and attentive, adjusting things like breakfast times and transport to suit our plans. And of course, Lexi, the calm and friendly dachshund at the hotel welcoming us at the entrance, adding to the relaxed and welcoming feel of the hotel.

Everything was above our expectations for a 3 star hotel except slow elevator. Breakfast was also very good. Faster elevator

Great family run hotel with amazing food, super friendly service and beautiful rooms. Can only recommend. Shower door and shower could profit from some renovation, but this is minor.

staff are very friendly and breakfast was good, bike were available for use and of a good standard. shower was disgusting! one panel was totally missing off the screen and it was full of mould. It needs an upgrade. the bed was like concrete and the pillows the same. the bathroom also smelt. overpriced for the standard of room so would not recommend.

Excellent location. Lovely terrace and pool and quiet location. Walking distance of the centre with great restaurants also near the beech. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the bikes. Would definitely come again. Nothing . All perfect.
