Room and furnishings q bit dated but staff and comparative pricing to surrounding hotels made this an excellent choice as we were not prepared to spend the kind of money the other hotels were asking. We found the staff and the amenities were great and the hotel offered a good breakfast in a pleasant dining room. We were so pleased with our accommodations that we booked the hotel for our return trip so I think that says it all. The hotel needs a refurbishing of its rooms but we found them very clean and all were in good working order.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel and grounds including swimming pool are kept very clean. Good breakfast with good variety. Free use of bikes outside peak season and never necessary to reserve. Just grab a bike and go. The location requires a car or use of hire bikes to get to nearby town including Massa and Forti dei Marmi. Some restaurants are within walking distance along the beach road occupied by private beach clubs. A taxi ride to Massa train station costs €20.

Pool Location itself! Hard to travel to the hotel and around without a car, expecially with kids! The reception didn’t informed us about renting bike facility!
