Spectrum Resort Villas Orlando and Waterparks

The townhouse was great, fully equipped with all essentials for our family. The water park inside the community was the best, toddler friendly.

Overall place I great , the only downside is the parking around your unit.

The Pros: Amazing AC: The air conditioning works too damn good, which is an absolute must in Florida. Great Accommodations: The units are very modern and the furniture is really nice. Huge Beds: The beds are absolutely massive! A family of four could literally sleep in one bed. Conveniences: They provide plenty of pool and unit towels so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. Amenities: You get access to three different water parks during your stay. The Cons: PARKING & WALKING!!! Be ready to walk. Walk a lot. My Apple Watch constantly asked me if I wanted to record an outdoor walk workout. Off-site Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is completely off-site at another resort (Reunion Resort & Golf Club), meaning you have to drive to it. We showed up on a Friday only to find out the buffet is weekends only. It would be really nice if this was actually noted on the brochures or check-in papers we received. Early Closures: The Reunion Waterpark closes at 5:00 PM!! You have been warned. Poor Communication - We walked all the way to the clubhouse pool only to be only to be turned away because it was closed for a private event.

Everything was great at the hotel. It was a very nice family stay. It was a tad bit confusing with all the QR codes for everything. Once you got a hang of that it was wonderful.

The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning would occasionally go in and out, especially after we left the condo. However, the staff was exceptional and responded promptly, coming out twice to address the issue. Fortunately, it did not significantly impact our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended!

Spectrum is an amazing establishment now, 6/2026, but I fear it won't be for long. The management needs to do better with policing the crowds, parking, trash/ littering, 25 people on a space, and weed smoking 24/7-365. The unit we rented was clean, well appointed and new units coming will soon be available. I hope the clientele we witness this weekend was just our bad luck and Im wrong with my prediction.

The scenery was top notch

I liked the 3 water park access passes. All the water activities were fun for the kids. I hated the parking, its free but its parallel parking and only 2 spaces per building not per booking. Parking is awful. If no parking available at your building you will have to park all the way of front and walk up to a 1/4 mi back to your suite. The staff was nice & helpful. Cleanliness was good. Also no safety measures set for toddlers such as no deadbolt on front door, no extra safety latch on patio door, and broken latch on gate for patio.

It was a great place. Took my family of 5, plus my parents and in-laws. Stayed in the 5 bedroom and it was plenty of room for everyone. Pools and water parks were amazing.

Honestly, this was the best experience we could have asked for. With 7 pools and 3 water parks alone, it’s unbeatable! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’ve officially found our new vacation spot for every year. This is truly a 5-star resort, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

That it was clean, quiet, and the townhome was beautiful and smell like brand new The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and it took sometime for someone to stoped by, the guy was finally able to fix it

Amazing place with even more amazing people

The property was Luxurious for sure. Quiet, well maintained, great amenities, so many we didn't have time to explore all of them as we only stayed 7 days. I wanted to give 5 stars. The concern was our unit had bugs flying around. We found a full garbage can that had not been taken out prior to our arrival, sitting in 90+ degree weather. The garage smelled pretty bad. I called for a maintenance to see if they could help us out & no one ever came. The next morning we woke up, there was a fan sitting outside the front door. I'm not sure if that was meant for us to remove the fruit flies & giant flies in the unit? However, I called the front desk back & they apologized profusely & moved us to another unit. The new unit wasn't as new as the previous one (which was fine at this point as the property is gorgeous), however my bedsheets had a stain & a long piece of hair on them. I called back & they came an hour or so later to change the linen. When I attempted to open the curtains, part of the curtain rod fell (thank God not all the way down to cause any harm). I called the front desk. A maintenance Support person came immediately. He was extremely nice as were the 2 front desk managers. I wish I gotten their names. If it were not for them, I would've checked out & missed out on a wonderful vacation. They were extremely hospitable, apologetic, they didn't make any excuses. They made it right which makes all of difference. I would still return. The grounds & properties are amazing!

The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. We also really enjoyed spending time at the H2O Water Park. My only complaint is the parking. The front desk suggested parking in the upper parking lot since we had young children and a lot of groceries and luggage. We tried parking closer to the villa, but the road was very narrow and cars parked along the sides made it nearly impossible to unload our belongings. As a result, we had to park in the lot and carry everything to the villa. The property felt very safe and was easy to walk around, but the parking situation was definitely the biggest headache of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying again.
