Encore Resort and Water Park at Reunion by Rentyl

We went to the waterpark two times during our stay. Both days it closed after being there for maybe 30 minutes. They said due to lightening 5 miles away. The two times we called the front desk for something, the reason we called wasn't addressed in a timely manner. We called to get gas delivered for the grill around 8:00am for dinner that we had planned for the evening. We left for day and even called in about the gas while we were out. When we arrived home that evening ready to cook there was no gas and we had order food. I called, they did it the next day at no charge but we had to change all the the dinner plans that we had made for the week. We also called for the shuttle bus to take us to the waterpark. After waiting for 30 mins and no one showing up we just drove ourself. The breakfast was disappointing. I thought for price that we paid for the house the breakfast would have been better. The options were pretty much cereal, toast, eggs and sausage. The house was very nice and clean. We had way more space than we needed and the pool was great since we never really got to use the waterpark. We have 4 kids and we could have easily had another 4-5 people in the 6 bedroom villa.

The amenities that came with the property. My kids loved the house and the option to go swimming in the backyard.

Our stay was ok for its price.

You have to treat it like an Air B&B, meaning that you'll need to have some supplies with you but honestly it was great because I didnt need to call or rely on someone bringing items we use everyday to us. We were able to just be and if we had a question, the response was almost immediate. They had stroller rentals and a Waterpark on site which we spent the day at. I can't say enough. It was a great first experience for us as a family. Thank you!

We had a good time

Property was great for our needs. Private pool, basketball court access, waterpark, onsite food options were all an added benefit. Property is well maintained and safe as well as accessible to local attractions. We all enjoyed our stay and the house was spacious and modern. Will definitely stay again.

Great vacation!!

My only complaint is that from the booking site I was not aware how far of a walk it was to the clubhouse for food, transportatiion, etc. That said they were good at sending a shuttle for us when I asked.

This was our third time that my family (10) had stayed with Encore and are already discussing our next trip back next spring. We have had wonderful experiences and made beautiful memories at the resort. Each home has been wonderful, clean , secure , pet-friendly and my grandchildren love the waterpark and the private pool. The staff is very accommodating and we even received an upgrade this past May at check-in, I recommend this to anyone who inquires regarding our vacation .

The house we booked was wonderful with exception of an annoying pool alarm that would ring 10 minutes after the sliding glass door would open into the house and into the patio… it would be preferable to be able to override it if the pool gate was installed … the house was not equipped with a mop or broom and the number of towels per bathroom was very limited plus 2 chaises in the pool area were in disrepair

Homes were a nice size, pools as well. Asked well in advance for early check-in and check-out but not given either. Breakfast was okay somedays, pastries were delicious and fresh, scrambled eggs were runny everyday and sausage patties were good except one day when they were well overcooked. It would have been nice to have some variety with breakfast. Grounds were clean. Water pressure and heat were lacking. They had a bbq but no propane tank. Cooking pan was so warped and unusable. It would be nice if they kept these in good condition or replaced. Staff were friendly. We didn’t use the waterpark but it looked impressive.

We had a situation with pests. We had a bit of a back and forth trying to get a solution. Ultimately we didn’t get what we wanted to feel better about the situation. Finding a cockroach in the room threw us off. There was minor issues that we were ok with like the mattress protectors being ripped. Door handles coming off almost. Signs of previous mold in the bathrooms. We understood that this is a resort and can’t expect perfect but the cockroach was a major concern as we did not want to bring it home. They sent pest control out to the property but pest control doesn’t work overnight so we left a day early so I can spend a whole day at home washing everything and checking all of our belongings before getting it in my house. This added work for me instead of relaxation.

Nothing it was the best I loved how very friendly everyone was

This is like the second time I go the resort and love it, thinking of going again, staff supper helpful and property supper clean and peaceful.

We loved the resort, staff was great. The house was very nice. The floor was not super clean, hairs in bathroom and the carpet was gaiety upstairs. The WiFi was ridiculously slow, not available outside the house at pool. Neighbors last day were super loud but thankfully was just the last night. Waterpark was a great addition.
