Very small rooms, they forgot to put a crib, we had to wait as they placed a normal bed for 8months baby

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Several speak English which was helpful to me. The location is good walking distance to a large grocery store which has a currency exchange, plus an electronic kiosk to purchase adapters and SIM cards. There are several nice restaurants and bars up the hill beside the store. The shower had good water pressure and the hallways had motion sensory lighting. They are replacing the flooring in the dining area and it will look very nice. The building is obviously older with many areas in need of some repairs. The lights flicked several times each day, the elevator in building 2 stops at the 4th floor on the way up to 6, and at the 2nd floor on the way down nearly each time. One day the elevator was completely out of service for some time. It made me nervous to use it and get stuck, but I was on the 6th floor and need it. Thankfully it did not stop while I was in it.

They had a pool and a space for beauty space that we could use a 220W hair dryer. The lift was broken and stoped on the wrong floors all the time. The shower pressure was very weak, I was expecting a strong pressure.

The hotel has a lot of features like a small kitchen, water filter, ironing board, and more. The breakfast was amazing. It was possible to hear a little noise from the elevator. The bed was a little soft for my taste.

The breakfast was good Woke up after the first night with bites over my face and to our surprise the room wasnt clean when we came back. The second day I also woke up with more bites and realised they where from BEDBUGS. We had to ask TWICE at reception for them to clean the room; for me that’s unacceptable.

Nice stay. Good host. Good to have a room to play at pingpong / cards or play the hairdresser. Good breakfast
-
Was sick during my time there and luckily the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is nice and you can book trips through the hotel, which is easy. They don't clean the room that well

Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say No one speaks English, Breakfast - there was eggshells in the scrambles eggs, no English signs - people pushy and rude They started to check me in - 2 other different Brazilians came up and they stopped checking me in and assisted them. They didn't tell indicate where when breakfast was, about the pool anything. Bathroom smelt like mold. Never dumped the trash can in 4 days with tissues from peeing + pooping - unsanitary. Off the downtown.
-
The room was right next to the lift and the walls are paper thing you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the whole floor. They allow dogs and every single room had a barking dog all night because it seems like they do not have rules. The room is way too small. The bed is crap. The walls are too thing. The breakfast is nothing like the pictures. i would not stay again.
