The location and the staff

I got a room right in front of the elevator which was not the best to sleep, but this wasn't something major. I love my stay in this hotel.

Very good value for money and comfy hotel in a central location. Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Apparently, there is some refurbishment works going on, so furniture is going to be renewed. The breakfast room felt rather cramped - people were unintentionally bumping into each other, the tables were standing extremely close to each other and to the buffet. The outside pool area is very nice, regrettably there was unidentifed foam floating on the water. For our standards, this made the pool unusable.

Room was clean bed comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast was good and staff were lovely. The hotel is in a very nice area and the Bendito Restaurant down the street was excellent. We booked our tour to Iguazu falls through the hotel and it was excellent. Nothing

Location, pool and staff are all great. Also very complete breakfast with lots of of fresh fruit. We booked a double room. Got a room with four beds but all relatively small. Room is rather basic.

Bad stay. I was given a room whose window was beside a AC machine, it was way too noisy.

A huge choice at the breakfast bar and all self service which I liked. Lovely lady on the tourist desk, who was there at times. Very central location Our taxi driver Luis was just great! Sad that we had a taxi back to airport (arranged by reception a couple days before leaving that didn't arrive, but luckily reception were able to contact another taxi driver, Luis, who was a life saver and all round fun and informative guy who spoke some English too which was super for us!

Centrally located with plenty of nearby restaurant options, the area has a charming small-town, homey vibe. The facilities are spotless and very well maintained, though a tad bit outdate The staff came across as rather distant and could benefit from being a bit more welcoming. The AC would also benefit from an upgrade to an inverter system to avoid the loud on-and-off cycling during the night.
