Hotel San Rafael Comfort Class

Very good location, good size rooms and breakfast is great!

Unfortunately, the room had a strong garlic smell that made it difficult to relax, and I could hear the elevator constantly. The breakfast selection was quite limited.

The Wi-Fi is not very strong and the connection is unstable.

The staff were wonderful! I didn’t like the area so much.

It was a good location. Breakfast was decent Staff didn’t speak English. They didn’t clean the rooms. The toilet sink in the lobby was full of dead insects

Reception Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was great - shower was fantastic. We took a triple and slept very well. Breakfast was a buffet with all the usual stuff. We only stayed one nite but it makes such a big difference to walk into a hotel and be greeted by friendly helpful folks. There is a restaurant by the pool - we had a very pleasant meal there - relaxed and enjoyable to wind down. Seemed like it was a family friendly hotel with lots of families and kids at the pool area. Nothing.

Great location if you don't care about the bus terminal which is not nearby. It has a large pool and game facility opening until 10pm. The tea in the lobby is great. Room is comfy. Breakfast is good.

very polite staff very clean and big room perfect breakfast [buffet] you may have dinner [buffet] with 35 br but not very good food ...with 30 br u may have dinner buffet in the city [tropicana restaurant] there is travel agency in the hotel for day trips to the falls [a visit to the falls in argentinian side is a must ..150 br] use ur credit card everywhere in brazil but always choose br ... NOT euro use UBER to go everywhere [very cheap and safe]

Location, hot water, aircon ( after remote battery replaced). Tour desk in lobby. Attitude of staff on front desk - not welcoming

What made my girlfriend and I very disappointed was the “breakfast”.. We were several guests that just decided to not eat any breakfast at the hotel since the only available thing was rotten bananas… Terrible breakfast

The outside area was lovely, we sat there late into the evening. The staff were also very helpful as we were having issues with onward travel. Within walking distance to top rated restaurants N/A

Exceptional

The hotel is located in the city center, so many shops (including grocery stores), bus stops, and restaurants are nearby, making it very comfortable! The pool area is fantastic! Breakfast is good, with many options, but there were no fresh vegetables, which was sad for me. It was weird to wake up one day at 8 am... because of drilling in(!) the hotel! Well, April is not a high season, but this was insane. The staff reacted to our complaint, but in an exotic way: the next day, drilling started not at 8 am, but at 10 am. Furthermore, on the last day, the staff just forgot(!) to book a transfer for us for the early morning flight. Hopefully, the manager working in the morning was very kind and solved this problem for us quickly... but except him I'd rate the staff very low.

Staff was not very nice, they were denying things that we agreed on before the jurney and additional trips that agency in the hotel organised for us. It is not nice when someone tries to make you insane by pretending not to have proves (yet i gave them my phone number so that they could seach whatsapp convesration) because i couldt show it because my phone was lost, with emails that i could acces only after at my home - and I presented them once i returned home, whuch was huge shame for the hotel staff. We payed for 2 rooms, the equal price. There were 3 of us. Wewere supposed to get 2 rooms with big beds, but i got the room with 2 small beds which means les comfort while sleeping.
