Overall, the property was acceptable, though it felt somewhat dated. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions and providing support throughout my stay. The gym could use some updates, as much of the equipment appeared old and several machines were not functioning properly. The front desk staff The toilet paper hanger was in a bad position making it very hard to reach. The bathroom faucet too near to the edge barely fit my hand to wash. Opening the door with the key was always very difficult.

The rooms have space, and it’s clean, the hotel is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the breakfast is adequate Nothing, it was fine

Checkout was terrible. One person working and one person doing nothing but watching. Many guests to wait. I asked the person behind the desk and not working - no assistance

Nice location. Good price. Had to change to a smaller room due to issues in the previous bedroom that they couldn’t fix…. AC was very unclean, my family got sick after two days there… Parking could be better. Breakfast could have better protein options.

The hotel was just enough for our two nights stay to visit Iguazú falls. The breakfast was good and had lots of food choices. The room smell mouldy, had lots of insects flying on the bathroom and small ants on the floor .We have to closed the bathroom since it attracts lights from the bedroom. A lady receptionist can’t speak/understand English during our check in . Her smile and looks to us it seems where like dumb as we cant speak and understand Portuguese ?‍♀️. We hard a hard time communicating to staff on our 2 nights stay.

Location is not convenient for restaurants or grocery or pharmacy. There is no laundry in room or in the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom size was very good. The bar was great with really awesome bar staff. Great drinks! The little gift shop at reception is really cool. You can book attractions easily from the reception area with helpful staff too. A very complete hotel experience. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Decent accommodation, fairly clean with nice breakfast. In the centre, but not that many options to go out in the evening. Safe neighbourhood They started doing repairs in one of the rooms before 9 am (I think they started drilling shortly after 8 am) and it was really loud. I went back at the hotel in the afternoon and repairs were still ongoing. Also, the place looked quite old.

Nice staff. Confortable room. The light in the pool bar. White light which doesn’t give a warm atmosphere. Also 2 lights were flashing in the bar.
