A água da ducha tem cheiro ruim, parece agua reutilizada da.piscina. a pele fica brilhante como se tivesse algum tipo de.óleo na água. É realmente horrível. É até um caso de ser investigado.

The location of the hotel was good and convenient for getting around. Additionally, the breakfast provided was good with a decent selection. The room itself was very humid, smelly, and plagued by extremely loud street music at night that forced me to use earplugs to sleep. There was zero flexibility for early check-in, even though many rooms appeared empty.

The Hotel upgraded our room to Presidential Suite, so, of course we are very grateful for this favour. Near the hotel there is a Brazilian Self Service Cafe, for lunch and for Coffee with Snacks, which is very good. I think the hotel serves the value for our money, so there are no complaints from our side.

Great for kids, big pool, fun water slides, ping pong, free arcades, chess, etc. Also great breakfast buffet. Hotel is old and in need of maintenance. Rooms were old, beds not comfortable, A/C and fridge noisy.

The pictures on booking.com are way better in comparison with the real life. The hotel is quite old, the rooms are comfortable but they need renewing.

Breakfast was excellent. I don't think we have had a better selection and quality of food. Room and building reasonable for cost.

Pool & hot tub were well maintained. Breakfast was really good The bedroom setup was weird. There was a third bed when we asked for 1 king. The bathroom needs upgrade. Drainage is bad. Floods the bathroom

I got ill overnight from too much mold in the room and had to take antihistimines. It must not have been cleaned/aired out in quite some time. We were staying on New Years Day, so I understand price inflation, but it was incredibly overpriced. Also we were anxious to leave but couldn't get an elevator during the breakfast rush. I had to search for the fire exit and we lugged our big bags down a narrow staircase.

The property was very accommodating of changes in our travel plans, staff was friendly and location was great. Rooms were clean, but could use updating.

Room size CERO building maintenance. It is an old hotel with no maintenance nor good cleaning. Some water pipes broke, and the elevators were out of service. Later, only two were reactivated, and moving around was very slow. All the facilities were poorly maintained, both the common areas and the room. Very few staff members spoke any language other than Portuguese.

The breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly The hotel need some refurbishment. The rooms are very damp, there is a lot of moisture and our first room had mould and we asked to change it, and can be very dangerous for people. Also my phone was not charging saying that there is water inside, that is how humid the room was.

Very friendly staff, spaceous rooms, comfortable beds, decent buffets. The only thing one could say is that the infrastructure is on the older side and showing its age here and there.

we were in first in a room that had an AC that was leaking above our bed and there was a musky smell. We saw black spots in between tiles and corners in the bathroom. The hotel’s maintenance is poor. We asked to change rooms. We were put in a different room but there was a bad smell coming out of the drainage in the bathroom.
